I already posted today but I had to share this. My mom was putting grapeseed oil in my food weeks ago (i made sure its not happening anymore) and I was researching it today and I found out its classified as a vegetable oil, and 1 cup is nearly 2,000 calories. Holy cow. Idk how much she was putting (it was noticeable but not too much) but it was enough for me to gain 1 pound in a week.
So I guess how do y'all feel about oils? Im deathly afraid. So many calories in even 1 teaspoon. It seems like a "dirty" food (liquid???? idk) to me. And vegetable oils are so bad for you.
