running! when i was running longer distances I actually got abs even though I did practically no stomach exercises. I've heard running is one of the only exercises that uses all of your muscles all at once

Weights / bodyweight exercise to have a better fat/muscle ratio and body composition (X-shape or whatever you call it so that I have at least a slight indication of a waist ).

It's such a funny little game... If you lose, you win.
The tricky part is, when you win it all, you probably die.

I make my own workouts for different body groups... My ab workout works. I do it at least twice a week, but by the time you have done it 10 times, you WILL notice a difference in your ABS. Happy to share if you want it. xx

Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis and 10,000 - 15,000 steps a day got me to my lowest weight and tiniest measurements. Those are my legs in my avatar.

When I was starting out, I just focused on upper and lower body movements, but not targeting each muscle group just yet (like having a day specified to a certain group of muscles). So example, one day would be squats, bench press and rows. It sounds basic, but it's much smarter to ease your way into it and learn basic movements (and beginners progress quite fast over just a few weeks).
Then I just gradually built from that once I've spent a few weeks at it, and I'm ready to advance to a next level.
Hope that helps!
