My housemate could eat all day while I don’t, but if I ask if she wants something for dinner and says no I can’t help but think “not going to eat? Is she trying to lose weight or something..” or “well if she’s not eating the calories then I’m sure as hell not” even though she’s eaten plenty.
Who else does this? I’m feel a bit dumb

No it's not dumb. If I want to go out to get food with a friend and they don't want to or can't I think we'll guess I don't deserve to eat then

I do that. Even if the person weighs more than me or something, skipping a meal is triggering.

Argh same. If someone says they are not going to eat my brain automatically takes that as "well if you don't need to eat then I definitely don't" despite eating little to nothing all day whilst they've had an entire large pizza and like a box of chocolate + more stuff.
