I do not eat outside of my home EVER so no issues

But then I don’t actually record my food - in my handwritten food planner until the next day - just in case I decide last minute to alter something due to a certain craving or feeling full before eating everything I had planned 🤷♀️

I always plan my day in the mornings before having anything. If I make any changes I go back and edit my food log.

I have an Excel table with the meals planned two, sometimes three weeks ahead.
Outside of ED context, this also helps save a lot of money on groceries!
