Sooo guys I did it, I oftmals fucked up my whole digestive system by not eating
I dont even take laxatives often

I actually try to up my calories and eat more atm because I feel like shit

TMI but after I eat more than a snack of everything I always have diarrhea and I can clearly see I dont digest everything I ate
There are really like chunks of undigested, chewed food I just ate in it.

I also don't feel like food gives me any energy anymore, just stomach pain and having diarrhea for half an hour.

Does this mean I dont digest all calories and fats of the food I eat?
This always kinda was my dream haha

Um just to be safe , go for a clinic check-up? Bc u don’t want it to cause any bowel cancer or some worse stuff in the long term...

Most likely some degree of malabsorption. You should see a doctor. You may like the idea of not absorbing as many calories, but your absorption of vitamins/minerals may also be affected. I ended up anemic a few years ago due to malabsorption caused by celiac disease. (Instead of making me not absorb calories, it made me not absorb iron lol. Spent a summer lying in bed eating ice cubes. But I didn't have diarrhea.)

^^ they're right, to our ed mind its awesome but not absorbing fat/cals also means you're losing vitamins and minerals and you'll go downhill REAL FAST
You need to see a doctor asap!
