I'll be updating this later on 1/20 since it's midnight but I started the Healthy Skinny Girl on Monday but haven't updated it to a thread here. I'll be putting a link on my usual Accountability later as well. I'll add Mon and Tues later and keep it up here! I'm mainly focused on calories rather than quality for the moment but I'm working on it! Wish me luck!

Okay, so I've been gaining thanks to constipation which is big oof. Also, just so you know, I take a multivitamin every day and cheese and non lactaid milk is taken with lactaid pills. Idk if those have any calories but I won't count them in this all because I need those enough to justify it to myself. So, I've had a really crappy last few days so I might be a little slow to update but I usually do within like 2 days MAX

I'm hoping that by posting this now, I can keep myself from eating more tonight. I mean, It would fit my max but I want to keep it all as small as possible, you know? Though, I know the point is to vary your intake so you can keep your metabolism on its toes and it would help weight loss and I keep sticking to the 600s... Maybe I'll allow a small snick snack and add it but we'll see...

I hate myself so much. I had 2! Not 1 but 2! Cookies! And I had a whole smoothie. And gorged myself on dumplings. I'm disgusting. I did lose a bit, at least. I've managed to lose 5 lb in the past 2 weeks which isn't the worst numbers I've done. I miss back when I used to lose that every week... :(

So, I forgot to change the settings in my app so my goal was still marked as 900 and I went off of that.... Oops?? Oh well, I might not have eaten that cookie that I could have fit in there and I didn't get exactly what I was craving from out but it's less calories so I can't really be mad, right? Might not weigh today again because I have to stay up and go out grocery shopping and I'll definitely be having water that I can't pee out before weighing to get my requirements for how I weigh myself. Though, maybe if I trigger myself, it'll help me eat less. Hmm, decisions, decisions...

I didn't weigh myself yesterday (I just did before this update, though). I didn't feel so great so I only ate once in front of someone so they wouldn't be worried. I've been listening to Agoraphobic by Corpse for the past 24 hours because I adore. Also!! I went grocery shopping and avoided getting all of the little snick snacks and tempting but high calorie things my sister was recommending!! I was super excited to get out of there without messing myself up by bringing tempting things home!! Hope anyone reading this has a fantastic day!!
