Last night I got a little drunk and fucked up really really bad. I let myself be talked into binging almost my entire day's calories in less than 10 minutes because I was stressed and weak. I'm hoping that I can fix this but it's definitely going to effect my weigh in on Sunday for the end of this. Hopefully it helps move my intestines along at least but I'm scared of how greasy and fatty it was, even though I at least took a moment to blot some of it thankfully. I did weigh myself this morning and I gained back to 160.4 so I'm fasting all of today in hopes that it'll help. The plan is to fast today and most likely eat less on Saturday to help for the weigh in on Sunday. After that, I'm back to my other thread and I'll probably be setting the intake around 1,200 or 1,300~ for a little to boost my metabolism, then I can go back down for a while again. I do think I'll keep the flux of changing daily or almost daily, even if it's only a 100 cal change to try and keep my metabolism guessing.

Will continue tracking normally HERE! I weighed the morning after Day 90 to give a slightly more accurate representation of the weight lost overall. I'm pretty pleased to be almost fully back to my weight during my junior year of high school and am super excited to get back down to and lower than my lowest weight!
