Cut it into little cubes. Air fry it, or bake it in the oven until crispy. Then toss it in buffalo sauce.

Toss the tofu in cornstarch and fry it. Then add a teriyaki or general tso sauce and it's so good!

Marinate the tofu block in some sriracha if you like spice. Slice it into thin pieces and crisp it in a pan or air fry it. It's delicious

This is like crack for me - slice thin and fry in hot peanut oil. So delicious.

pan fried in a low cal sauce and then use it for filling onigiri, really filling :)

I know its late but what type of tofu do you use? firm, extra frirm

Use extra firm. If you want crispy, you are going to need to wrap it in towels and put it between two heavy plates or pans to drain the excess liquid. Get it as dry as possible. I like to lightly season mine with curry powder and eat as a snack or put in a masala.
