I want to lose some weight, and I am thinking of doing a diet to start the weight loss process. I have not yet decided which one I will use, but I have done the GM diet before with good results. I will be more than happy with diet recommendations. I want a simple one, that is not going to cost a months rent, hehe.
I am thinking a one to two week kickstart diet and then high restricting after (1200-1500 calories) because I am very active.
It would be nice to do it with someone else, to keep each other accountable.
