feeling full, being internally warm, normal levels of bloating post meal, eating chocolate, drinking drinks with calories, feeling my body part touch eachother even if it's just my arm against my side when I'm laying down

Feeling full makes me feel fat, feeling empty and hungry makes me feel skinny. Not feeling cold finally feels great... until you feel fat because of it. Also feeling physically good makes me feel fat

Eating a whole meal at one sitting. I just can't do it, I need to leave something on the plate, even if that was a small portion

I still have Pms symptoms even tho, I'm not actually bleeding anymore. The bloating, acne and breast swelling makes me feel fat...

  • bloating, even though i know i have a very sensitive stomach and the slightest grain of cereal makes me a balloon
  • having a hard time breathing. that bothers me so fucking much, i know its probably because of having a weak heart do to not eating enough but like, what if it means im the fattest fucking thing on the planet so thats why i cant breathe
  • running my fingers through my hair in the shower and having little to no hair come out compared to how much was coming out when i was at my worst
  • liking how i look in some pieces of clothing
  • craving sweets and snacking even if its on extremely small things

I CAN'T BELIEVE I WENT DOWN TO 43 KG BUT THEN GAINED IT ALL BACK IN A MONTH 

I NEED TO STOP EATING

I'M CURRENTLY 48 KG (47,8 ?) AND I HAD NOT BEEN THIS FAT SINCE SEPTEMBER

I FEEL SO FAT

 

Long story short 

Dumped my boyfriend (of 2 years ! ) who made me feel fat and stupid all the time 

I was happy and felt comfortable in my body for the first time in ages 

Dated a guy and fell madly in love 

love love love love 

This guy dumped me 

SAD AND DEPRESSED 

Couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, just cried and studied 

I lost like 5 kg in a month 

Weird period of time when I started having sex with my ex, idk why I did that, but I was fucking sad 

Then starting to get better

The guy I fell in love with came back

Happy happy happy 

AND NOW I GAINED BACK ALL THE WEIGHT I HAD LOST AND MORE 

 

           CoNcLuSiOn : heartbreaks are good appetite suppressants 

and love is nice, but not for my thighs and my abs

Completely stupid but drinking water. Ever. When I drink a cup of water and my stomach sticks out my soul leaves my body - especially when it touches my clothing

Also eating more of anything than anyone ever. Even when I know my mother has eaten 3 seperate meals that day I am Not allowed to eat even One More Green Bean than her or she will forever think I am a pig

Stomach expansion after eating. Water retention. Clothes touching my body. Not being able to fit in a baby chair. Not knowing my weight, I really want to weigh myself but haven't been able to work up the courage to. I am scared the number will be higher than last time I was weighed over a year ago even though logically I know it must of gone down because of restriction and smaller clothes size. I can see my clothes have got baggier but I can't see that I've got thinner. Anything bad happening - I lost my bus ticket (that means I'm fat), I had an argument with someone (also because I'm fat), coronavirus pandemic (happened because I'm fat). Eating anything at all makes me feel fat. I feel bad for not just surviving on water and tea indefinitely, until death.
