at the start of my relapse i was practically bedridden from depression for 6weeks (start of december thru to mid january). i recently - like the last 2 weeks, started trying to get way more steps. at least 10k per day, up to 15km. long walks daily. (i know this isn’t a lot for many MPAers but going from a few hundred steps per day to at least 10k is a huge jump)

my recent streak of achieving this was 5 the last days. then i expected to do at least that today but nope. saddled with a huge level of fatigue. its 8pm and i’ve not even cracked 3000 steps yet.

of course i now feel guilty and lazy and fat even though my average is over 10k this week. like ofc i’m tired, i pushed myself a load over the last 5 days AND im fasting today. but the ed side of my brain won’t hear it lol

Having a period. Having noticeable breasts. My hip/thigh structure which is pear-shaped and can never be gotten rid of no matter how much weight I lose. Not being taller.

Everything is pretty much said already. But having more energy I’m used to would be one. Cause calories’re energy & it needs to be used & or not eat sm u fat big. If u don’t use it u’ll store it. Unghhh.

heavy breathing when I walk (no way its because I've been smoking since I was 14 omg), and eating over 1000 cals a day. My max intake is 1500, but I try not to go over 1000 purely out of fear

Strangely, feeling physically weak. Even if it's from starvation. Because if I'm not ripped and running laps across the neighborhood, then I'm a fat lazy pos.


Yet I need to starve because getting nutrition means my body can relax, and relaxing is bad because it burns less calories which must mean I'm gaining weight.


Basically I'm expecting to never eat and always be at peak performance - anything else feels wrong. (thanks, hypervigilance)
