Okay i've made many of these in the past but i've never stuck to it. I'm determined this time though. I might not post every day but I will update weekly. I'll be starting tomorrow February 9, 2021. My daily max is 1200 but I know i'm going to have some bad days and on those days i'll be taking lax. I'm going to follow this plan.

I literally suck. I haven't been updating because I have NOT been on track but I found out my friend is getting home next month so I need to be down to my "normal" weight by then, 120lbs (54kg) I have to stay on track this time I know I can do it. I'm gonna fast tomorrow to "reset" and we'll see what happens. I weighed in at 136.8 today. I'll update my weight tomorrow on an empty stomach but i'm assuming it'll be the same if not a little more.

So I did a -little- better today. I went slightly over my 1200 limit but I didn't workout. I'm going to try not to be angry with what I ate today considering it's lower than i've been eating but i'll do better.

I had a rough day, I ate 1360cals. I'm getting better though and I lost 2 pounds somehow so i'm excited about that. I need to lose roughly 15 more to be at my "normal, comfortable" weight which is doable. Tuesdays are my fasting days starting next month because I start 8 hour classes then which will help a lot. Overall a "decent" day but i'm still angry. Tomorrow will be better

I weighed this morning and I was 133.8lbs (60.6kg) which means i've lost 3-4 pounds this week. Not too bad!! It's usually easier for me to lose weight in my 120s but I usually plateau around 119 so i'm nervous about that. At this rate though i'll definitely be on track to be 120 by the time I see my friend next month :) My intermittent fasting is going good. I fast from 17-20 hours every day, usually around 18.

I've been doing pretty well lately. I weighed in at 134.8 today and yesterday, after eating all day, I had gone down 1.5 pounds. My go-to meal lately is one russet potato, crumbled tofu (roughly 1/3 block), and vegan meat crumbles (roughly 1/4-1/2 cup) and I eat that throughout the day. My breakfast is toast with avocado and the breakfast mix and then I eat it plain the rest of the day. I won't be eating it the next few days because i'm out of veggie crumbles but it's a good meal to prep because it tastes just as good reheated. I just bought Evolve plant-based protein drinks (Vanilla Bean) and I drink one every morning, it's 140 cals for 11oz which is an okay size, it fills me up and tastes like melted ice cream, 10/10. I think if I can stick to this and get my binges under control I can be at my preferred weight in the next month or two.

So I wrote down a meal plan for the day, no telling if i'll stick to it but fingers crossed. I've decided to loosely track my macros so i'll post those in a separate post. This is my meal plan for February 27, 2021. I will reach all my targets except fat. I know dinner seems like it should be breakfast and lunch like it should be dinner but I don't eat a strict dinner I always snack around so I figured that would be better and I usually boredom eat in the middle of the day plus if I have some left I can save it for dinner. The protein shake is a meal replacement. The total calories is a little high for my liking but it's the only way I can reach my targets. My doctor told me i'm deficient in many nutrients so I've been working on eating more, healthier meals. 

 

Breakfast:

Evolve Protein Shake (vanilla bean) - 20g Protein, 5g net carbs, 3g fat, 140cals

Lunch:

Russet Potato (173g) - 5g Protein, 37g carbs, 0g fat, 168cals

White Rice (.5 cup) - 4g protein, 38g carbs, 0g fat, 170cals

Chickpeas (115g)  - 6g protein, 13g net carbs, 8g fat, 170cals

Tofu (85g) - 7g protein, 1g carbs, 5g fat, 80cals

Frozen veggies (170g) - 4g protein, 11g carbs, 62cals

Dinner:

Rice Cake (2) - 2g protein, 14g carbs, 0g fat, 70cals

PB2 Powder (26g) - 12g protein, 4g carbs, 1.5g fat, 120cals

Rolled Oats (40g) - 5g protein, 22g carbs, 3g fat, 150cals

Almond Milk (120ml) - .5g protein, .5g carbs, 1g fat, 15cals

Chia Seeds (2tbs) - 6g protein, 10g carbs, 7g fat, 130cals

Frozen Fruit (140g) - 1g protein, 12g carbs, .5g fat, 80cals

Total:

Protein: 72.5g

Carbs: 171.5g

Fat: 29g

Calories: 1355cals

Well that didn't work. I went to bed at 10 am and woke up at roughly 2:30 pm. I had my protein shake as well as half a bottle of Soylent and for lunch and dinner I had Rice with tofu and veggies. That brought my calories for today to 785 (rounded) and my macros to 45.8 g protein, 116.6 g carbs, and 14.8 g fat.

 

My nightly weigh in after eating "all day" was 134.8 which is unfortunate but I know it's all food weight. I've been working on becoming more hydrated but it's not going well, fingers crossed.

Been a little rough the last few days. I gained a pound but i'm trying not to be too anxious because I already have a lot of other anxieties to worry about.

I had a protein shake and a cup of buttered garlic pasta with tofu.

Haven't updated in a while. I've been eating so much and going back and forth between 133-135 (60-61) which has been so irritating but I understand. I just want to break 130 and get to 128 because that's my "safe" weight. I'm getting increasingly more depressed.

Today was okay. I started fasting at 5pm. I weighed in at 135.7 this afternoon before eating anything. I still haven't got my water intake up but it's okay i'll keep trying.

I'm DYING because I seriously can't break 130. Every time I get to 133 something happens and I jump back up to 136. It's starting to piss me off real good cause I don't want anything except to be under 130. I weighed in at 137.4 this morning. My average for this month so far is 890 which I don't think is horrible but I guess it could be better. I'll try to keep this updated as frequently as possible.

So i've decided that starting tomorrow i'll be doing the Healthy Skinny Girl Diet. Today I had 990 cals but I weighed at 137-138 so i'm still mad. If I stick to the HSGD then i'll finish right around the time my friend comes to visit and if my research is correct then i'll have lost 10-13 pounds which will put me at a decent weight, a weight i'm actually comfortable seeing him at.

So I had 1230/900 today, a little pissed off but better than the last few days. I weighed in at 134.6 this morning so i'm using that as my baseline.

I woke up 132.2 today which is the lowest i've been in months. I've gotten as low as 132.6ish these last few months but this is almost 131 which is basically 130 and once I get under 130 those 10 pounds come off easily.
