That was short lived. I haven't had one good day this week food-wise. I weighed in at 136.6 this morning and cried a little. I decided to liquid fast today, I had a sweet tea and a bottle of chlorophyll infused water. Fingers crossed I start losing soon. And by fingers crossed I mean from now on I'm punishing myself when I go over my intake because being lenient is not working.

I ate 1080/1100 yesterday!!! I have another 1100 day so if I can stick to this day tomorrow should be easier than it has been. I’ll weigh-in in a few hours.

Sooooo today I weighed in at 133.7. I had 1198/1100 calories which I wouldn't say is horrible but not the greatest. 1200 is really high and i'm panicking a little but I know I can't jump from 1700 down to 1000 that easily. I had a kale smoothie from Whole Foods, A vegan neopolitan and chocolate cupcake, a serving of earth balance "cheese squares" (just cheese itzs), and a vegan protein shake with water instead of milk. A bad day for health but a decent day for calories. If I don't drink my protein smoothie i'll be at 1040 but I need the protein so I'm not sure I could afford to skip it.

I totally understand your struggles omg losing weight can be so FRICKIN frustrating. and I cannot even count the amount of times I've cancelled or bailed on plans bc I was "too fat." I'm rooting for you tho, you can do it!! just take it one day at a time <3

It's the worst!! But also worth it. The friend i'm supposed to be seeing told me he loves how I look and stuff so that definitely doesn't help because every time I have the urge to break my calorie limit i'm always like oh well he won't judge you for looking fat. I'm getting there though!!

I'm roughly 133.7. I've been eating high cal probably 1200-1450 a day but i maintain this so much easier so i'm going to do this for a few weeks and then lower it so it reduces possible binges.

Weighed in at 131.1 today!!!! I've been so sick from not eating much but it's worth it. Finally seeing some progress. At this rate I can be at least 126-128 by the end of the month.

I know they say if you gain on low calories your body needs the nutrients but 

i'm literally 135.4 which means i've gained 4 pounds this week and I don't know how i'm getting so angry. I'm going to start tracking again and go back to my normal, same tofu scramble each day. Hopefully I break 130

I made such an amazing tofu scramble with sweet potatoes, bell pepper, vegan kielbasa, and vegan cheese today. I made enough to meal prep for 3 days with kimchi, avocado, and vegan jalepeno cheddar chips. Highly recommend this.

133.3 today. Last week was rough food-wise but Yesterday I had 4 pieces of toast, half an apple, and 1tbs of peanut butter so I'm getting there again. Today is another toast day probably. I need to be like 7-8 pounds down in two weeks but I know that even if I got that it wouldn't stay off :(

My friend cut me out of his life cause he got engaged so I have developed another benadryl addiction and eat once a day but still haven't lost weight so rip. 133.4 this morning

I started new meds and without drinking I got to 129.9 but unfortunately I am an alcoholic and am back up to 131. We're getting there though

So I weighed on a full stomach, stupid I know, but I was 130.4 which is good for a full stomach. I've only eaten hella cornbread and a vegan burrito so real heavy foods. I started this thread Feb 8, 2021 and have only lost about 6 pounds but better than nothing.

Woke up 132. I binged yesterday and drank thousands of calories worth of alcohol so I expected this. Back on track today though. I made a tofu scramble with plant based sausage and meat crumbles on an everything bagel with vegan mayo on one half. I also had a tampico juice worth 15 cals. Overall a decent day. I've been on one meal a day for a week or so which got me down to 129.0 so I have faith.

I always speak too fucking soon. Gained 2 pounds cause my medicine side effects went away. Might stop taking them for a bit so I can get them back. I eat once a day but it's calorie loaded shit and protein drinks so I don't lose muscle mass. :(

Haven't been active in weeks because I've been focused on not ☠️ hasn't been going great. Anyway I plateaued at 128 (58 kg) which sucks. Considering what happened today and it's only 0930 i'm gonna go ahead and assume I will not be eating very much and will be constantly throwing up from sadness. 1/10 weight loss method. 1 because weight loss but -9 for the intense emotional pain and trauma causing it. I'll try to update on Sunday. Praying for at least 126 (57 kg)

omg girl we’re in the same situation. I need to lose 15 pounds before I see my friend too bc he met me when I was skinny and now I’m a fucking whale bc I suck at restricting. starting tomorrow I’m limiting to 250 cal a day or under. hoping to lose these 15 in like 3 weeks
