128.5 today. Kind of mad and craving hellllllla sweets i'll have to try and avoid when I go shopping today. I got a tattoo covering my ribs and side and I was embarrassed

Yessss. How's it coming along? I've plateaued at 128 :(

omg sorry I'm replying late but update: i've tried to stick to 200cal a day but I mess it up pretty often bc I get so fuckin hungry. Anyway on Jul. 1st I was 129, today it's jul. 5 and I'm 121. I fucked up my eating today but I'm going to go back on track tomorrow :( My goal is 114 by July 18 hopefully! it's just hard to stick to it yk?

Damn you're doing better than me. I fucked up lately been craving hella sweets. I was 132 somehow ??? but after a mini freakout and crying session i'm back to 128.7 today lol. I'm not happy about being 128 but way better than 132 especially considering I haven't been counting cals in a while. My goal is 115 by August 20 cause I have a tattoo lmao fingers crossed!! 128.7-129.4 lbs this morning. I had a bowl of Cheerios with oat milk and a vanilla plant based protein oat milk drink with pb2 powder. Roughly 770 cals. Considering eating 360 cals of sour patch kids which would bring me to 1130 but that seems like way too much you know. I brushed my teeth already and took sleeping pills but I’m gonna be honest I’ll probably eat them anyway. :(

No cause as soon as I posted that I ate the entire bag of sour patch kids. Total for today was 1155ish so not amazing but could be worse I guess. I’m craving chocolate so bad though

127.8lbs (~59kg) this morning!!! Idk how because I have been eating like a bitch. Nothing but sweets at all hours of the night. No complaints here though! Got bad news yesterday so hella stress eating but I got this. The scale will keep going down.

uuuuuggggghhhh. 129 today. I took lax and got down to 128.4. I keep jumping between 127.8 and 129.7 and i'm losing my actual mind. I had rice and beans today. Super super hungry rn but oh well.

Okay it’s 12:45am (00:45) but I decided to weigh anyway. My end of the day weight is 129.1 which I mean not great if I’m being completely honest. I just want to get down to 120 is that too much to ask wtf. I know I can do it though I’m just so impatient. All I ate yesterday was a bowl of rice and a bowl of beans which was ~400 cals. The rice was 1/2 cup uncooked white rice (170 cals) and my dumb brain didn’t measure out the beans but it was roughly half a cup of vegetarian brown sugar hickory beans so (~160) and because I round up just in case that leaves us at 400 calories for July 18, 2021. Not bad but I am super hungry

I fucked up i stopped being mindful of what I’ve been eating and now I’m back in the 130s :/ just got a job though where I’m on my feet for 4+ hours straight doing physical ass shit so fingers crossed

So I woke up 132.2 lbs and went to bed last night at 131.4 so i'm not sure what's happening but not complaining. Work is definitely helping lately so happy about that. Hopefully I can get back under 130 in the next week. My goal for September is to end at a MAX of 125 but I am aiming for 123ish.

Bad news: Two of my best friends died a day apart so I didn’t eat for a week.
Good news: I lost 12 pounds. 132-120.9 lol. Not the way I wanted to lose weight but oh well. I ate 8 Hawaiian rolls yesterday (720cals) and today I had a smoothie (180cals) and 2 Hawaiian rolls (180cals) not even slightly hungry now. Also took some Valium and a muscle relaxer lol
