GW1: 180 lbs
GW3: 150 lbs (End of 5 Bites, Start of IF)
UGW: 135 lbs (End of IF, Maintenance 4x week)
- Have done diet before from 205lbs to 159lbs (early 2018)
- Took approx. 5 months including cheat meals, cheat days, and booze
- Went from size 16(US) to 10(US)
- Maintained weight loss for 2+ yrs (within a 10lbs up/down margin)
- Quarantine fkd it up gained 30+ lbs in 2020
- Other Stats: 5'ft 4"in 14(US) Jeans (XL bottoms, L tops)
- Body shape: Pear/Triangle
My Personal Plan:
- Bfast Coffee: Any coffee, 2 oz almond milk, 2 packs Stevia, cinnamon iced or hot.
- Lunch: 3 bites Protein, 2 bites carbs
- Snacks: tea (splash of almond milk for black tea only), diet soda, seltzer, water, gum or sugar free hard candy
- Dinner: 3 bites Protein, 2 bites carbs
- Before bed: 2 bites protein (if needed) and tea
What about cheat meals/days?
Only for social reasons! Ex: night out, bday, game night, date etc.
