I know it might be weird to start this thread on a 6 day and not a 2 but I've been on the 2468 for two weeks now and this is the day i start the thread not the diet.

My mood seems to be leveling out today ... im not as hangry as i was the past week but idk maybe its cos today is a higher cal day we'll have to see in two days when I'm back down to 200

Anywho ... good night for now

I hate that I need to eat beef liver for my blood disorder ... it was gros and not worth the calories ... kinda bummed today but meh ... hope you all have a good night

Felt better today ... went most of the day without eating and didnt really notice ... i think my body is finally getting used to low cal ... good night

Weighed in at 149.0 today ... was kind of pissed ... the first 2 weeks of this diet i los 5lb each week and thos week just 1 lb gone ... fuck

I also didnt sleep at all last night tho so I'm gonna weigh myself again tomorrow mornig as I've heard morning weigh gets affected by quality of sleep so idk...

Weighed myself again was 148 lb
I guess sleep does affect weight a bit or ots water weight idk but today i was so grrr that I wasnt hungry at all ... only reason I ate was because bf made me the oatmeal reminding me today was a 200 not a 0 ... i asked if i could do a 100 and he agreed to meet me half way ... god do i ever love him ... anywho if not for him i wouldnt of eaten

I worked until 1am yesterday and didnt have time to get on here soooo

Lunch: steamed veggies (80)

Snack: fermented milk drink (40)
Total: 569
Goal: 600

All in all good couple days ... im noticing im not hungry at all anymore

Idk why but today I feel super hungry (just a constant pit in my stomach) I keep trying to picture it as a monster eating the fat off my body but I also feel tempted to say fuck it and eat everything I find ... motivation is hard ... I'm not going to step a foot in my kitchen ... Idk that I could control myself if I did ... I'm just going to go to bed early and hope that tomorrow the hunger leaves me

Today I was still super hungry and craving cheese ... not like cold cheese but like warm stringy cheese ... so I saved up all my cals and spent them on the one meal

Homemade mac n cheese extra small extra cheese (400) (probly a lil less as i over estimated and rounded up in my cals)
Total: 400
Goal: 400

No longer craving cheese ... today is a win!!! Tomorrow I weigh myself... until then good night

It was my dads birthday today so i saved all my cals for the dinner ... my mom let me make my own thing while they had seafood pasta ... i made konjac spaghetti with shrimps and cream and my plate looked huge!!! So huge both my parents were surprised at how much i ate ... that should keep them from figuring out i relapsed in ana again ... also weighed myself and i was 144.4lbs!!!!! I thought id be happier being under 145 but tbh i just looked in the mirror and saw a fat ass ... maybe ill start seeing a difference in another 5-10lbs

Anywho for today

Konjac spaghetti (30)
Sour cream (200)
Shrimp (117)
Parm (142)
Non alchoholic beer (70)

I didnt finish it all so total is lower than actual tally but ...

Today was by far the least hangry 200 day so far i think its because those konjac noodles make such a massive portion per low cal that my stomach just fills .. idk

I don't feel like I'm losing any weight even though I've lost 15ish lbs ... and my mood is consistently low ... calorie counting has become such a chore that I only eat foods that are premade and packaged ... I have completely stopped cooking

Anywho sorry for the downer post

I'm feeling down ... almost want to give up... I still feel fat and huge ... and I'm tired .. at this point I'm just keeping it up out of a fading hope that all this work is going to give me the body I desperately want ... what sux the most is how I can't talk to anyone about these feelings ...
