low carb diets? bc when u wanna bulk, need lotsa carbs... so try doing it in reverse

If you don't exercise those muscles very much, eventually they will atrophy (shrink) and not be as big.

agreeing with the others (don't use them, lower carb). once they shrink to the right size you can train for strength instead of hypertrophy.

1. be in calorie deficit
2. stop working out those muscles
3. do low intensity steady state cardio (like walking on a treadmill for 2 hours), instead of high intensity cardio. ideally your heart rate should stay the same throughout the entire session and you shouldnt be taking breaks during exercise.
4. eat less protein
