Where are my 190’s people? I’ve started this thread a few times and then I can never find it again so hopefully it won’t disappear this time. I always post it in the higher BMI group. I promise to be here every day for the rest of the week and hopefully I’ll be in the 180’s by Sunday.

I’m looking for others similar to me, I’m 5’8”, 192 and I am losing slowly but surely. I don’t want to leave proana and go to another site or social media or tiktok or Snapchat or anything else, I just want others on here to check in here with me like I do because going through this journey with others who weigh similarly really motivates me. I will hopefully be in the 180’s in a week or less so hopefully others will move with me to a “Getting out of the 180’s” group and we’ll keep at it together.

hello, i'm really nervous to post here because i've lurked for years but never really posted. but we have really similar stats, i'm 5'8" and 198 last time i checked. its really shitty, but weighing myself gives me a panic attack sometimes so i rly hate doing it.

Yes! Let’s all get there by the weekend for sure!! I weighed in at 192.1 this morning so I’m still at 192 but I think it was 192.6 or higher last time. It’s only Wednesday so I’m still feeling pretty good about making it to the 180’s by the weekend. It will be so nice to have a group of us together going through those next 10 pounds so let’s all commit to getting there soon so we can stick together and motivate each other.

I'm currently at 201.4lbs was at 183lbs before Christmas so pretty disgusted with not only my weight gain but lack of success in loosing it. Anyway line draw time to get back on track and make some progress.

I was 202.6 Monday morning and I checked in this morning at 199.2. I feel disgusted honestly and I would do absolutely anything to get down to 189 to feel slightly comfortable.

This morning I hit 200lbs exactly so making progress I'm tempting to try and fast but honestly I think I've only successfully fast one day since new year most days I binge and purge.

191.8 this morning so I’m getting there.

We CAN do this! I’m calorie counting every single thing even if it’s a stick of celery. My daily goal is 1200 but at this high weight honestly even if I go over and eat 1500 I still lose. I’ll have to add exercise eventually. I dread exercise when I’m this overweight. It’s so much easier to exercise when I weigh less. It seems unfair that it’s hardest for those who need it most. Oh well.

I’m 198.4 and I’m sick of seeing myself like this so I’m going to start calorie counting and exercise again tomorrow, hopefully in a week I’ll be back in the 180s

I feel everyone in this thread, I am currently 195 lbs after weighing myself today., I really hope to be in the 180's in the next week or two

I had 1542 calories yesterday and this morning I weighed 193. I’m so mad at myself for thinking a few extra calories are no big deal. If I was working out regularly and had some muscle maybe it wouldn’t matter but I am totally out of shape and I’m basically sitting around all day so clearly every calorie counts. Still focused on getting to 180’s this weekend, even though it might by Sunday, if I’m lucky... I’m really sick of being this fat. I have to be more mindful of every bite.

191.5 this morning. I can definitely recommend cardio being the best route to break through any plateau. Heavy cardio that can help lower your calorie intake. Tiring af but ultimately worth doing.

I had another bad calorie day- 1667 calories. I know why it happened and the next two days are going to be challenging as well but Monday-Friday should be much easier to plan and control meals. I’ll weigh myself in the morning and hope for the best... 🙏 I hope everyone here has a good weekend and that we all get closer to the 180’s!
