191.5 so I’m back on track.

I’d love to know how many calories anyone in this group is eating since we are all a similar weight. My goal is always 1200 but I do go over often and am closer to 1500 by the end of the day. I notice that it really makes a big difference if I’m closer to 1200 calories vs 1500.

190.5 this morning. Idky this last one is so stubborn. I eat up to 1000cal a day but also burn 300-500 with exercise.

HIGHEST WEIGHT: 209lbs
CURRENT WEIGHT: 178lbs
LOWEST WEIGHT: 105lbs

GOAL WEIGHT: 100lbs

So it's fluctuating a little but I hit 198 the other day after being stuck between 204-210 for a month (so much stress from a break up, a death, and a move out of state). Fasting today coz not having a job yet had me super bingey this weekend (Hate myselllfff. Most of it was sugar free jello but still) to try to see where I'm 'really" at but i still saw a number under 200 for the first time in fucking years and i want to share it

I'm 192 today - doing an egg diet so hoping to stick to it and not only get out on 190's but fly through 180's as well.

I’m eating way too many calories. And not exercising. My weight isn’t budging. I was so sure I’d be in the 180’s by now. Wth was I thinking? I need to do better. It’s good for me to see that some of you are eating way less and exercising. Very motivating. New goal is to be in the 180’s by the end of the month if not sooner.
