I am still hovering at 190-191! I admit I haven’t been trying as hard as I could and haven’t been on this site in a few days because I didn’t want to post an update with zero change but here I am to hold myself accountable and get some motivation. A mini challenge? Who wants to go on a challenge with me to get to the 180’s by April 1st (or sooner) I want to be there with at least two others from this group by then. Who’s with me? My personal goal is to get there sooner since I’m so close but I’m saying April 1st to motivate some others in here too. Let’s do this!

So I finally found something that works for me. Intermittent fasting. I used to just fast but the second I had a meal, the numbers on the scale shot right back up. So I started tuesday morning at 200.2 lbs and woke up this morning at 192.4 lbs. I get to eat but only at 3 o'clock and my cut off time is 6 pm. and its under 1000 calories each day. I do a single 5 minute workout and I do my best to keep carbs at a minimum. But it feels good to be able to eat and still see the numbers go down.  :D

Hi! I’d love to be apart of this! I just weighed in at 194 and I’m 5’7. I’m been anywhere from 170-230 in the last few years. Seriously struggling with binging and restricting. I’m 20 and I just always thought by now I would’ve gotten my weight under control but I just haven’t.

I've been losing and gaining the same 1-2 lbs at 197 all week. It's driving me crazy. Currently 198.4.
