I was 199 a few days ago, but water weight from a bunch of junk shot me back up. Either way, I'm hoping to get to the 180s soon.

191 a couple of days ago but was pushed to eat due to family and friend events, hoping to get to 185-180 by the end of 3 weeks! Currently restricting to about 300-500 calories a day :)

189 just now!!! Glad my few days of social eating didn't make me gain like crazy. Gonna fast today and eat under 250 tomorrow to keep it up, might be too much hope but maybe it won't take me 3 weeks to hit 180 after all!

199 on the dot this morning. Just started IF a couple days ago, so hopefully things pick up speed now. I'm actually taking a break from counting calories for a bit, because its driving me nuts and causing some weirdness at home. but im going to take pics of all my food and try to eat small portions and lowish carb.

198 today. Slow progress better than no progress. Exercised a lot today and got my TDEE up over 3500, so that's good. Messed up and bought poutine for dinner, so that's bad. Ended up only eating about 1/2 of it so that's... less bad? Just feeling crappy and wishing I could get a little more strict with myself. Wish I could low restrict and go nuts on the caffeine.

updating to say i'm now well out of the 190s, at 184.6!
