Sure! Depends on which one though. I got out of resi like a month ago and I swear my hunger cues are still so messed up and I went from low restricting to not being able to stop eating!

each morning you pick a card from a deck of cards. The number is how many calories you have for the day (ex 4 is 400, all picture cards are 1,000)

Something more long term based usually works better for me, like a weekly calorie limit instead of a different limit every day. What type of common diets were you thinking of?

I’m thinking I might start with a little higher calorie limit and then after 10 days do it again with lower calorie limits.
So my first week might be:
Day 1 - 300
Day 2 - 500
Day 3 - 550
Day 4 - 600
Day 5 - 650
Day 6 - 700
Day 7 - 750
Day 8 - 800
Day 9 - 700
Day 10 - 800
And the second round I’ll do
Day 1 - 100
Day 2 - 300
Day 3 - 350
Day 4 - 400
Day 5 - 450
Day 6 - 500
Day 7 - 550
Day 8 - 600
Day 9 - 500
Day 10 - 600
Then the third round I will do it the way it’s supposed to be

For some reasons, I couldn't see my notification before ! It also went really well for me too. I don't count the calories when I workout because I don't know how much I burn, but I also don't exercize on days I fast. I'm also stuck at home online working only so I'm very low there too anyway
