Hi! I am going to be fasting/intermittent fasting and restricting. I will be restricting to a maximum of 850 calories (multiplied my goal weight by 10) and fast as much as I can. My rules are:

 

1) intermittent fasting at least 16:8 EVERY day

 

2) clean eating is a MUST (will help with no binging) 

 

3) Exercise often, but do inner thigh workouts daily!

 

4) extended intermittent fasting every other Saturday (20:4 minimum hours) 

 

5) allowed 1,000 calorie eating on Sunday 

 

My stats are:

 

SW: 133 lbs

CW: 120.0 lbs

LW: 114.4 lbs

GW: 110 lbs

UGW: 85-90 lbs

Day One: 120.0 lbs

 

Broke fast at: 2:20 pm

 

Intake: 

 

Lunch:

- mac and cheese (200), strawberries (18), blueberries (20), 2 small orange bell peppers (40), 13 almonds (52)

 

Dinner:

- Chicken noodle soup with a quarter of a corn on the cob (400)

 

Snack:

- strawberries (24), blueberries (20), peppers (40), 6 almonds (30)

 

Total intake for the day: 844/850

 

 

Yay! Today went SO WELL!! It's been a while since I had a day where I didn't binge, and didn't constantly feel hungry! I think eliminating processed sugars and candy/sweets/etc really helped with cravings and the urge to binge! I am so happy and proud of myself! I am looking forward to tomorrow and am hoping for weight loss! I will update tomorrow with my weight! Good night!

Day 2: 119.4 lbs (loss: 0.6 lbs)

 

I am so happy that I lost yesterday! I was so nervous that I wouldn't! So today is an 1,000 calorie day because it is Sunday! I will update later with my intake!!

Hi! Today's intake:

 

Broke Fast at: 11:25 am

 

Breakfast/Lunch:

- egg white tortilla wrap, blueberries, oatmeal and blueberries (total of 400)

 

Snack: 

- Two caramel flavored rice cakes (total of 100)

 

Dinner:

- Salmon, rice, peppers, and asparagus (total of 600)

 

Total intake for the day: 1100/1000

 

Finished eating at: 6:15 pm

 

Today was ok, but I could have done better! Tomorrow is a new day though so I won't stress about it too much. I really want to fast, so tomorrow  I am going to. I will still update with my weight, and my water intake! I'll allow myself water, coffee, and tea with organic Stevia or black. Good night!

Hi! Today's Intake:

 

Water: 80 ounces 

 

Tomorrow I am back to 850 calories! I do not have a scale tomorrow or Wednesday, so I will update with my weight on Thursday but I will write my intake tomorrow Night!

Hi! Day 5: 117.9

I think I may be hitting a plateau or retaining water weight bc my weight hasn’t budged since my fast. it’s fine though i will keep going. today I had:

-egg sandwich on a bagel (400)

-ramen noodles (380)

780/850

now that i’m writing down my intake, i can see why i’m retaining haha. i need to cut out my sodium by a lot! I am thinking of fasting tomorrow, so maybe that can help if i drink a bunch of water.

I have been wanting to fast more, so I think i will start doing OMAD in preparation of switching into Alternate Day Fasting. I was to do OMAD at least until I get to 114.

Day 6: 118.8 lbs.

 

So I think I retained but I confused on why I gained so much?? I ate things that I knew the exact calories in it but somehow I gained almost a pound? Ugh... anyway. I think I am going to start omad on monday. I know I said today, but I feel like I'm all over the place and I just need to get a grip lol. So I will be back on Monday! Have a good weekend.

Hi! I'm back! Sorry I didn't update yesterday but I started OMAD and yesterday was my day one. My CW is 121.8. I will update later with my intake and I am really going to be strict with this because I may be going on a vacation in about two-three weeks and I want to AT LEAST be by my LW (114) by then, but I am going to exercise too to try and speed it up. Honestly, I will be onay with anything under 116. I'll update later!

Hey! So my period came today (sorry kinda tmi) but i’m not going to weigh myself until it’s over. I’m on day 3 of omad and my intake yesterday was:

- spaghetti (250) and meatballs (150) with marinara sauce (50)
- garlic bread (150)

total calories: 600 calories

Hey! I haven't weighed myself yet but I wanted to update my intake today. I ate earlier so the next time I will eat is at least 2 tomorrow because I want to go back to dinner omad.

 

Lunch (12:15 pm):

Boston Creme Donut (270)

Iced Chai Tea Latte (420)

 

Total for the day: 690 calories

 

Minimum fast time: at least 26 hours
