Hi! I am going to be fasting/intermittent fasting and restricting. I will be restricting to a maximum of 850 calories (multiplied my goal weight by 10) and fast as much as I can. My rules are:
1) intermittent fasting at least 16:8 EVERY day
2) clean eating is a MUST (will help with no binging)
3) Exercise often, but do inner thigh workouts daily!
4) extended intermittent fasting every other Saturday (20:4 minimum hours)
5) allowed 1,000 calorie eating on Sunday
My stats are:
SW: 133 lbs
CW: 120.0 lbs
LW: 114.4 lbs
GW: 110 lbs
UGW: 85-90 lbs
