I'm trying to figure this out because everyone has different opinions on diary. Some say it is inflammatory and cause cancer. Some say organic raw grassfed dairy is healthy. Any one try dairy free carnivore and what was your results?

I never did dairy free carnivore because I had no willpower, lol, but I imagine it's healthier.

I love dairy too. Especially plain whole milk yogurt because it's creamy.

I have an idea. I will try the Carnivore diet with dairy for a month. Then I will try it without dairy for a month and see how I feel.

what will be more interesting is having it for the first time after going a month without it, you might have a big reaction (pain, bloating, acne, etc) so keep an eye out the first few days if you decide to bring it back into your diet! it's crazy how doing dairy free can improve your skin

It may also be that they're skinnier because they're more restrictive overall. People who eliminate entire food groups successfully are more likely to have disordered eating and more discipline to eat less, fast more, and exercise.

this is very true, but I have found other skinnyskinny people on insta that are "healthy" eaters (grains, berries, lean meats) who also cut out dairy and have an extremely lean figure. I can't say it's a game changer but I definitely notice this seems to be a constant with the leanest people I find who share their diet. although I can't be 100% sure they are being truthful at the same time.

It's a fair point. I was playing devil's advocate. I vote no dairy as being healthiest. I think dairy is fattening because it doesn't aid satiation and doesn't contain many nutrients. I find cheese and yogurt to be addictive.

I think dairy is also fattening because it's for a baby cow to grow faster hahaha
