I tried IU's diet for 3 days to hopefully avoid a binge and it worked really well for me.
I didn't workout at all either.
I also made sure to eat within 12-7pm every day so I kept an intermittent fast of 16-17 hours a day

It's been a few days after my diet and I've still maintained my weight by keeping a daily fast of 14-16 hours after slowly increasing my calories to 800 - 1000
