So I fucking love junk food lmao. Even when I’m restricting I prefer to fit junk food into my daily calorie allowance than large volume of vegetables and rice cakes...That being said finding lower calorie junk foods is always a bonus coz I can eat more!!

Sooo drop your favorite “safe junk foods” that you eat when restricting! I need more ideas I like vege straws, popcorn with zero cal spray and nutritional yeast, vegan nuggets when I’m craving salt and halo top, home made low calorie mug cakes when I’m craving something sweet!!

I wanna know your junkorexic hacks!!

HAHAHA i was made for this thread, some of my favourites are:

salted caramel halo top: 320 calories per pint
freddo chocolate bars: 95 calories per bar
pom bears (red packet lolz): 70 calories per packet
mini twister lollies: 38 calories per lolly
butterkist toffee popcorn: 85 calories per packet
fibre one brownies: 70-90 calories per brownie
options hot chocolate: 40 calories per drink made w water

So delicious low cal ice cream mousse stuff?? SO GOOD and like 350 for the whole tub I honestly don’t like halo top cause of the texture and this is Wayyyy better

Popsicles lol
Pre portioned foods like frozen pastas
Kraft dinners (the container ones)
Campbells has a ramen that’s 190 for the container and it’s soo good

Cereal! Captain Crunch is my favorite for 140 cals a cup....with the almond milk I use being 30 cals a cup I can have a huge bowl of 2 cups of cereal and 1 cup of almond milk for 310 and then have another one at night with that being all I eat the whole day and be at 620 cals total

I cant have them or ill binge for sure but apparently homemade chocolate chip cookies are only like 75 cals each? I have no restraint with them though

Also ramen but it swings wildly between a safe food and a fear food, Im scared of the salt. I make it spicy so I have to drink a fuckton of water

Guys, I just tried halo top - I think I'm in love. If only it weren't so expensive... 

 

Anyway, I basically love anything I can eat the whole container of. That way I can't overeat.

I'm vegan & I usually am not a junk food person at all actually but those 2 for 45 calorie lollipops suppress my appetite & those ice cream sandwiches when I crave ice cream (which is really rare) are safe because 100 cals.

I haven't had poptarts since before I went vegetarian 16 years ago, and now that I eat meat again, I just want some goddamn poptarts.

Coolway ice cream sandwiches!!
140 each and come in vanilla and mint, I get them at Walmart

Gummies. 300 cals per package.
Chocolate bars with stevia instead of sugar. All under 300 cals.

Also, small protein and granola bars if that counts. All under 200 cals.
