Usually little to none. I drink diet soda. Trying to swap out some of my soda for water.

Not as much as I should. 1L water and 1L of squash (squash counts as water right? Haha, it does for me lol!)

2 liters of pure water + tea and coffee everyday

 

And soups, even if their hydration index is lower

I think i have like 4 liters and i notice i get headaches after drinking and idk of its connected


You might be flushing your electrolytes. There are 0 cal electrolytes out there, I recommend supplementing or having extra salt. Electrolyte imbalances is very dangerous, please be careful of that.

A litre of tea stored in a fancy thermos. I'm British, gimme dat Yorkshire goodness anyday.

It stays piping hot all day which is awesome for curbing cravings and the natural caffeine helps with energy

It has to be over a gallon, possibly two. If I drink less, the headaches will destroy me lmao. I can't even imagine what would happen if I didn't have access to water, but my skin is very clear and when I started to drink more water, there was a noticeable difference in my stomach being flatter.
