How long did it take for you to start seeing progress/how long did it take you to reach your goal weight? Feel free to post before and after pics. ❤️

Depends how much your restricting. While restricting between 500-1200kcals last year it took like 3 to 4 weeks for me to start seeing a change

Just remember: You are special and there are people in this world who love you very much

Next Goal: 120lbs

Usually not until people start commenting about it, which is after two weeks.

About 2 weeks for me to see a change, and that's usually when people start commenting on it as well- You can be sure that everyone will notice by week 4.

I, too, want to be carried around, light as a feather, by a Prince Charming!

I lose, maintain, lose, maintain, lose, maintain for ages then lose the final few pounds. That way people get used to how I look and it doesn't seem so rapid, like when people don't notice you've grown taller because it happens so slowly until you compare it to old photos.
I'm not living, I'm just killing time.
