What helps you transition into low restriction?

High volume, low calorie foods.
Find ways to make them delicious (many naturally are, imo), and stick to those.
Things like vegetables, fruit, shirataki noodles (but be careful with these), cauliflower rice, etc.
bulk up the amount, not the calorie count
