
What helps you transition into low restriction?

Right now the only thing that is helping even a little is c/s-ing but like it’s wasteful to my wallet and food in general.

High volume, low calorie foods.
Find ways to make them delicious (many naturally are, imo), and stick to those.
Things like vegetables, fruit, shirataki noodles (but be careful with these), cauliflower rice, etc.
bulk up the amount, not the calorie count
