I'm having

- oatmeal soup (110 cal)

1/3 cup of 1 minute Quaker Oats and two cups of water, salt to taste 

- as many cups of tea as I need to get my midterm and essay done tonight

I hope you enjoy it! I miss having parents cook for me. I hated having to eat with them at the time, but now I look back fondly.

A microwaveable beef and broccoli meal with rice. It’s 280kcal and pretty filling. And of course I’ll be drinking lots of water.

honestly i'm going to my boyfriend's house tonight, and i'm hoping i can get away with saying i ate at home but he knows about my ED and is trying his best to keep an eye out for me. he's very sweet, but my ED hates it lol. extremely hard to C/S around him.

 

that being said, if i eat at home, it'll be an applesauce pouch. if i eat with him, most likely Mexican or Mediterranean food because he knows those are my two favorite cuisines. bleh

i've had soup for dinner every night for the last like five days so i'll probably have soup again lol
but i'm getting groceries delivered tonight, so i might do some shrimp + veg stir fry? haven't decided yet.

We had so much leftover so mini tortillas again (454 cals yesterday for OMAD dinner) only I'll try and subtly get less toppings involved so it should come to about 415.

just had arugula with quinoa and grilled sweet potato, squash, and yellow pepper. mixed some apple cider vinegar with sriracha for dressing. around 200 cals and super filling

I will have some turkey burgers left over from yesterday. I made them with 99% lean turkey, some veggies, and added water and oat fiber to firm them up without adding calories and they are pretty good for 45cal each. With some tomatoes.
