Gunna start a daily accountability with pictures and daily weigh-ins and thoughts and life shit.

I am as fat as I have ever been. I am 162.5lbs right now. Getting married this summer and want to get down to 110.

Did my handy dandy spreadsheet and I can get to 110 by July 1 if I only consume a net of 750 calories a day. I’ve got this.

Daily updates and weigh-ins.

I will be looking at net calories, therefore I will work out to burn extra calories and or earn extra calories to eat.

If anyone else is on a similar journey I would love to have an accountability partner, someone to motivate and keep me motivated.

Breakfast - 213 - Nonfat Chai Tea Latte
Lunch - 0
Supper - 222 - 1 cup Shredded Hashbrowns
Snacks - 233 - Small slice of cake

Uuuuggh this is it. This is where it starts. I am the decider of my own fate. This is the start of my forever.

I just spent two hours reading 1600 post on an accountability blog and I am so inspired. She started 10lbs lighter and made and maintained the same weight I want.

I’ve got this.

Coworker is leaving today to further her career and we had going away cake. Took a small piece. Wish I hadn’t. I know now though that only I decide what goes in my body. Next time if I don’t want food I will say no.

My future hubby is away in the city at some work meetings so today was an easy day to restrict. I miss him though. He’ll be back tomorrow.

So excited to start this journey.

Loss of 1.6lbs! I’m gunna be under 160 Saturday morning that is my goal and never see that number again.

I am surprised by how motivated and easy this is going for me.

I have no hunger or cravings at all.

Work today sucked, I work in an office setting and it has been so slow that we just twiddle our thumbs all day. I feel like the less there is to do the less I wanna do. I hate that about myself.

Went grocery shopping today and for once stuck to the list. I have never been more motivated in my life. I wanna lose 20lbs by April 1. If I don’t binge even once I should make it. I also wanna be 115 by my birthday in mid June. Wedding is July and goals are 110 and then maintain for the summer. I got this.

My fiancée is back tomorrow now as he has yet another meeting in the morning. Then he will be here til mid March before he leaves for a few weeks, then I can really restrict. Can’t wait. I want him to see a difference every time he comes home. He is a tiny guy and actually weighs the same as me plus or minus a pound or two. I wanna be the little fragile one he worries about when he is gone. He said I was stocky for a girl. Fffs I’ll show him. I’m not really. I carry a lot of muscle from being raised on a farm. Once I shed all the fat It’ll show through.

I order clothes online and purposely ordered x-small. I normally wear a small especially on top as I am very pear shape. I look itty bitty at 130 so just wait til 110. I can’t wait. A couple of months of suffering for a lifetime of gain.

Had a late game night with our neighbour friends which was awesome! Played Settlers of Catan which is now one of my new favourite games. I lost but won at sequence. We had pizza, unfortunately I gave in and had two. Tried so hard too but it smelled so good.

Going shopping with my momma and my little girl today and super excited. Gunna find some cute smaller clothes that I can wear in a month. This way I can get away hopefully with one meal today as when I come home I can say I already had supper/stuffed from lunch

Had a bit of a binge over the weekend. Started back out March 1 back where I started. I am still gunna continue. Just have to work harder.

Had three or four bites of the kiddos macaroni and cheese I made. Definitely not 1/4 cup but I am rounding up.

All in all a good day. Was feeling a little weak but now I am good. Big lunch, had Indian so essentially skipping supper.

Back on this. Gunna be 110 for July 1. Can’t mess it up.

All in all a good day yesterday. Heads up I woke up the same weight... I’ve decided I am going to fast minus two teas with cream for breakfast and lunch which should give me a 180 calorie day. Want so badly to make 150’s tomorrow.

The spaghetti bloated me up. Damn Italian men and their pasta haha

I don't have an accountability set up yet. I might in the future but, right now I just keep track of everything in a journal. Always looking for text accountability buddies!

Went over a little bit today. Was going to fast but I need to trust the process and not go crazy.

We craving sushi and so I caved and had that for lunch. So worth it. It was sooo good. Ate 6/8 pieces and was full.

I should have skipped the spaghetti at supper time but the will power wasn’t there. It is still a work in progress. All in all it was a good day.

Went ice fishing this evening with my man. Caught a big ass pike.

Today is wing and movie night with the family. Gunna check out all the new content on Disney Plus.
