I'm 189 today - but determined not to be here too long. Anyone else trying to leave the 180's.

I'm stuck at 180.8 and getting to that felt like f O r E v r!
I just have to stick to it and keep going ~ trying to stay motivated.

Brilliant- hoping we can escape the 180's pretty quick I was in the 190's for ever but I'm determined now.

I'm at 185 and keep cycling through the same ten pounds... I need to get under 180 and stay there this time

190’s took an eternity to leave, even with my lowest restriction. I’m hoping to breeze through the 80’s or be within the lower 80’s within the next 2 weeks or sooner. 188.4 this morning

Yep! I’ve been at 188 on the dot the past week or so. Trying to figure out how to reboot my body and keep the weight coming off.

After coming home from vacation this week and not weighing myself or limiting myself for a couple weeks, I saw I’d gained 10lbs from the last time I checked :( So I was 186.8 2 days ago. A new high. I haven’t started working out or counting my calls yet, just trying to drink more liquid and eat less. Just weighed in at 184. I should be happy about almost -3lbs but I’m not. It’s maybe a little water weight, mostly poop I think because when I’m away from home my body won’t go to the bathroom as regularly as I do. But yeah.

Height: 5'6"


HW: 186.8 (2/24/21)


CW: 149.4

188.4 today. Started my 100th attempt at weight loss on Friday at 192. I feel like most of the weight I'm losing is just bloat from all the food I normally eat and not actual loss. I hope to be in the 170s by Friday but I doubt it's gonna happen  :mellow:

So after reaching 112 back in 2014 I decided to recover and then just didn’t care and probably started binging too and now I’ve relapsed and bought a scale and weighed today (despite already drinking like 500ml) and turned out I’d underestimated my weight. Even after 4 days of high restricting (intake 1562,1246,1234,966) I’m still 187lbs. I thought I was 165 tops....

Eurgh! Hoping to be 165 by the end of the month but realistically I know 175-170 is more likely. Promised my boyfriend I’ll ‘manage’ my relapse (in his words managing is eating 3 ‘meals’ a day) but I’ve only planned 1 for today and a 23 hour fast. I don’t wanna lie to him but I also wanna lose weight again

186.6lbs. Loss of 0.4lbs from yesterday. Disappointed as I fasted for 24hours, had 740 calories intake but ended up on a net of just +21 due to excersise. Slightly worried how quickly I’ve fallen into my relapse, my intakes halved since Friday. Hoping for better progress as the week goes on as I know that fat loss takes time

Loss from last weight: 1.6lbs
Total loss: 2lbs

Hopefully it continues at this rate, OMAD and high exercise is working!
