185.2lbs. I've been binging and purging (unfortunately) and maintaining around 189 these past two weeks. I think I've finally broken that cycle...maybe...hopefully lol

After coming home from vacation this week and not weighing myself or limiting myself for a couple weeks, I saw I’d gained 10lbs from the last time I checked :( So I was 186.8 2 days ago. A new high. I haven’t started working out or counting my calls yet, just trying to drink more liquid and eat less. Just weighed in at 184. I should be happy about almost -3lbs but I’m not. It’s maybe a little water weight, mostly poop I think because when I’m away from home my body won’t go to the bathroom as regularly as I do. But yeah.

Weighed in at 180 exactly this morning! Down 6.8 lbs in 8 days & it's so motivating even though I know it's not fat loss yet.

I was 182 last night. Will be out of the 180s by Thursday!


Update: Was 179.8 yesterday, and 178.8 today.

Pulled it off a day early.

183.6lbs today! Wasn’t expecting a loss seeing as I started my period. Although is it really a period if you’re on the pill? Like does it cause the same weight changes etc? Oh well, not complaining
Weight lost since last weigh: 1.4lbs
Total lost: 3.4lbs
3.4lbs since Tuesday, can’t complain at that. How much of that is ‘real weight’ and how much is ‘water weight’ though? I’ve been on my break week since Monday so surely I should be more bloated rather than less?

Ignore my stream of consciousness, thoughts no one irl would understand 😂

187.0 today. I wanted to be around 185 but that's still a loss of almost 10 lbs in one week. Hopefully by the end of the month I'll be in the 170s or potentially the 160s but I'm taking a trip and I know I won't count my calories and it'll be mostly restaurant food.

I’m really sad because to stop myself from binging I set my restriction to max 1400 (usually less around 1200 and I make sure the calories are accurate so I don’t under count the calories) and is been almost 2 months and I’ve only lost around two pounds despite being around 185. I was really happy for myself for sticking to it for a while but now I’m discouraged. I don’t understand why I haven’t lost more by now

183.6lbs again today. Don’t know why I haven’t lost, maybe I’m overdoing the excerise causing water retention? Maybe it’s period bloat? At least I didn’t gain but I’m still disheartened, I was losing so quickly and now it’s just stopped and nothing’s changed with my intake, still around 750 cals (give or take about 20 cals), yesterday was actually my lowest at 723 and I literally only sat down for about 30 mins all day between my excersise and cleaning. Oh well, there’s always tomorrow, better see a loss then!

183.0lbs. Had a slightly higher intake day yesterday (839) as I know I needed more protein. Glad to see a drop but surely I’m not the only one who gets disappointed by small (less than 1lb) drops even though logically I know bigger drops aren’t sustainable?
Lost since last weigh in: 0.6lbs
Total loss since 2nd March: 4lbs

I think I’m also in the high 180s but my bf hid the scale until Friday.
I’m trying to do really great so that when I finally weigh in, I can be proud of my progress!

182.0lbs today. Still kinda on my period-started my first pill of this pack so hopefully any period bloat should disappear soon. Fingers crossed it’s not my pill that causes me to bloat rather than my period.
Loss since last weigh: 1.0lbs

181.2lbs today. Expected worse tbh seeing as I struggled to go to the bathroom even for no1 this morning. Glad to see I’m still losing
Loss since last weigh: 0.8lbs
Loss since 2nd March: 5.8lbs

Seeing my boyfriend this weekend so won’t be able to post updates sat-mon as I won’t have my scale and while I’m over there I’ll be eating 3 meals a day so not expecting any losses. Maybe it’ll give my metabolism a kick though after a couple weeks of OMAD and approx 750 cals a day? Fingers crossed. Hoping to have lost another 2-3lbs by then realistically although 4.2lbs by Friday would be incredible as it’ll make my total loss 10lbs in 10 days

I'm 186 today and hoping to be out of the 180's by the time I return home for Easter. I've lost close to 90 lbs since last summer and it's getting harder and harder to shed just one stupid pound. Anyway, I'm determined to do it!

180.8lbs today. fingers crossed tomorrow I’ll be out of the 180’s? Only a 0.4lbs loss since yesterday, idk how I feel about that coz on one hand it’s a loss but on the other it’s not enough. I’m guessing some of it is water retention from higher carb intake as I did have bread and pasta yesterday
Loss since last weigh: 0.4lbs
Loss in last 7 days (since March 3rd): 5.8lbs
Total loss (since March 2nd): 6.2lbs

Had a non-scale victory today too! I got some smart black trousers at Christmas and when I tried them on a couple of weeks ago they were tight (they still did up, but were a bit uncomfortable), tried them on today and while still a little tight in places, they weren’t uncomfortable and I think I can wear them easily for my job interview on Tuesday (as long as my boyfriend doesn’t fatten me up too much over the weekend)
