180.8lbs. Maintained and I expected a loss seeing as I had a BM last night. Although I guess yesterday was reasonably high carb (117g according to mfp with Tuesday being 126g-my highest in the last 7 days) so I guess water retention is a possibility? Wanted to weigh in as less than 180 tomorrow as my bf is gonna feed me up over the weekend and I won’t be able to weigh until Tuesday (when I have my job interview so might not be a good idea ngl) as he makes me have breakfast before I leave his. I guess it’s still possible? I’ve lost more than 0.9lbs in a day before

Loss since last weigh: 0.0lbs
Loss in last 7 days (4th March): 4.2lbs
Total loss since 2nd March: 6.2lbs

Finally in the 180s today! I weighed 189.8lbs and I’m hoping to get out of the 180s faster than I got out of the 190s! :)

I fluctuate between 182 and 186 on. any. given. day. (And/or time) I can eat one can of tomatoes and weight 186 the next day or say THWI and eat everything, and weigh 183. I’m not consistent and that is where I need to start. I’ve been a member since 2016. I have to gain control. It’s time to get serious.
My first goal is 150. (Well, my first goal is see 170-something)

180.2 today. Guess I should be glad for any loss but 0.6lbs just seems pathetic. Really wanted to be under 180 today especially as I won’t be able to weigh now til at least Tuesday. Even weighing Tuesday might not be a good idea seeing as I’ve got a job interview so need to be less preoccupied with weight and more focused on my job. Gonna use the scales at my boyfriends house and make notes of the weights but may not post them coz idk about the accuracy etc. I should spend today excersising but I’ve got blisters all on my toes from walking so much in the last couple of weeks in crappy shoes. Feel a bit stuck

Loss since last weigh: 0.6lbs
Loss in last 7 days (5th March): 3.4lbs
Total loss since 2nd March: 6.8lbs (not even half a stone😩)

I'm technically doing a BED recovery program thing rn so shouldn't be dieting or anything but last time I weighed I was 182.4lb. Doubt I will lose weight but hopefully reduced binging will make me lose just a little lol. Check in next week

185.2lbs. I've been binging and purging (unfortunately) and maintaining around 189 these past two weeks. I think I've finally broken that cycle...maybe...hopefully lol

 lol no I ended up binging and purging more and tho my scale is out of batteries right now, I know I went back to that godforsaken number of 189. It's taunting me haha

So today was the first day since Friday that I could weigh. So Friday I had a takeaway with my boyfriend, then sat and sun was high cal days (1500 and 1200), then Monday and yesterday were 2MAD as I was with my boyfriend Monday morning and then yesterday I had a job interview so needed some brain power

And I maintained! 180.2. Still annoying that I’m still in the 180s but I haven’t had a BM for a couple of days and considering how lazy I am when I’m with my boyfriend (unless certain *activities* count as excersise), I’m taking it as a win

Back to OMAD from now on, although my calories today is only a guesstimate as I’m at my friends house for tea tonight. Fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow

I weighed in at 188.8 this morning. I want to get out of the 180’s as quickly and as painlessly as possible. 180’s will not get the better of me.

Officially out of the 180s today! 179.0lbs today! Posting here as I’m not sure if it’s a fluke, especially as I wasn’t at my friends last night so I think I’m there tonight and they’re doing brownies and chocolate milkshakes etc too so I’ll be surprised if I’m still under 180 by tomorrow

Loss since last weigh: 1.2lbs
Loss in last 7 days (11th March): 1.8lbs
Total loss since 2nd March: 8.0lbs

Expecting to be back here tomorrow morning. Had a high cal day, including eating late (late for me anyway, 7:30pm!). Although I have walked 13km so hopefully that balances it out somewhat. I feel so gross, and it was still restriction as it was a 25 hour fast and then approx 1037 cals. But to me that’s super high, like nearly 300 more than my ‘top limit’ of 750. I hope I don’t end up back on this forum but I’m expecting to have gained, even if logically it’s just food and water weight. I feel so sick
