So i searched a little for forums or special thread for ballet related issues but i couldn't find one so here's mine
I am 21
Been doin ballet on and off since 15 yrs old & i am starting to regularly do it
& here are daily things related to this

I have a problem which embarrases me
That whenever i train to the point of cardiac activity my face become firy red & i feel ashamed when ppl around notice like i am not that sick but my face horrifies the way it looks
Any idea how can i cope /camouflage this?

I feel great to reinforce some new terms &practically revise them in a level that matches mine mostly

I am worried
Google says that ballerinas are from 85 to 130 lbs
I'm mostly 120 or less
But that above range is limited by another range of heights from 5'2 to 5'8 accordingly
I set my mfp budget on 85 but it told me that it's not possible because it's underweight
I continued scrolling down the numbers until i reached the lowest accepted weight which is 48.1
I don't know if it would make any difference
But i am fearful of restricting
The allowed budget to reach this goal is 1200 it's not that low but i feel kind of scared
Any opinions?
Would it be better to lose, maintain or gain?

Currently the exams are takung nost of my focus so i didn't exercise yesterday nor i intend to do except recreationaly but for now i am off disciplined exercise

I'm like this too. It just happens naturally. When I'm in the studio, if anyone comments on it/asks if I'm alright I just tell them I'm fine, my face just does that naturally. When competing or performing, a good full coverage foundation hides it enough from judges or the audience.

I started doing ballet a year and a half ago and I love it. My dance experience is limited to a smattering of modern classes for a total of four or so non-consecutive years, so I'm not very good at it, but it makes my happy. Kathryn Morgan's classes are my favourite. I do her YouTube ones and sometimes her live Zoom classes when it works with my schedule.

I also been on & off ballet since 2016 & share the same opinion to kathryn's classes
hope i come back to training soon once i am done with the exam week

So i decided to give up music hence ballet
For religious reasons
Now that said
I'm keeping the physical part through rhythmic gymnastics training & diet

One of my main concerns in weight loss is my face
That's how i look like when i'm not sticking to a diet
You can see how ugly it is especially when it's augmented with chubbiness
