Done an hour of warming up,training feet level 1 &2 rhytmic gymnastics exercises
& these were my pre workout breakfast & postworokout lunch
I just feel extremely tired & sleepy 2 hours after training & i know it won't be any good if i slept now either for my night-sleeping or my productivity & diet discipline

Yesterday i had a 50 minutes of one set of this ballet workout followed by full body St stretching
& here is my food diary
Couldn't find ballet as in tge activity database so logged it as yoga

Added some conditioning exercises
Hope they fir into the last 20 min at the end of my 2 hours wourkout

I'm a dancer too!! I don't really dance as much right now because I just had surgery, and I can barely walk without throwing up, but I want to get back into it. I really like LazyDancerTips. She has some nice videos that are really good for people who have been dancing for a long time. Also, I wish I was a rhythmic gymnast. I watch their videos all the time on YouTube because they're so skinny...

First of all I hope you get better soon and sorry for the late reply i was not allowed to comment yesterday because i posted som charity gathering not knowing it's against rules anyways

And yes LazyDancerTips and Kathryn Morgan have been some of the first and best of YouTube channels that helpes me do ballet on my own although I prefer rhythmic gymnastics training because it's much more simple than ballet i mean in terms of technique not effort or limits ofc .and since i was training on it 4 years ago i'm more familiar with it, and i love how it combines different styles of exercise like ballet,contortion,modern,even cardiac & core work

So i hope you try it once you get healthier in terms of physical aspect
And i also share with you the passion of watching rg routines especially those fantastic russian gymnasts like GOAAALS!
But i'm trying to keep it slowly but consistently
And i can suggest to you when you are ready to do it
An app on google play called rg diary this helps me a lot since it have most of the exercises u used to do with my coach
Also some channels like sophia's rg & monica gym and many others

Today was mostly non productive for me
All i remember doing was cleaning & tidying my side table & brushing my hair
I had 1 cup of no fat milk 1 bowl of molokhia soup with shrimp followed by 1 cup of anise seed tea
I also had a tsp of mango cream kunafa
But i didn't like so i returned it back
I also had a coffee saula candy
& some of the chocolate tahini halva about 3 tbsp equals about 42 gm
