Around two years ago i managed to go from 161 lbs to 128 in a couple months. When quarantine started i got stuck in a binge/ restrict cycle and gained weight. I ended up weighing 174, I keep trying to lose all the weight but i always binge and ruin my progress. The lowest I've gotten is to 160 December 2020. Since then i keep gaining and losing the same 10 lbs. I'm making this thread to be held accountable, I hope to succesfully restrict and lose weight.
