Around two years ago i managed to go from 161 lbs to 128 in a couple months. When quarantine started i got stuck in a binge/ restrict cycle and gained weight. I ended up weighing 174, I keep trying to lose all the weight but i always binge and ruin my progress. The lowest I've gotten is to 160 December 2020. Since then i keep gaining and losing the same 10 lbs. I'm making this thread to be held accountable, I hope to succesfully restrict and lose weight.

 

Stats: 

5'2" 165lbs

Weighed in at 165.1 today which is .5 less than yesterday yay!

 

Breakfast- coffee 165

lunch- chayote 65, boiled potato 133

dinner- white rice 182, zucchini boat 107

total: 652

lunch- monster ultra fiesta 10

 

dinner- 1/2 turkey sub 391

 

total: 499

 

I ended up the other half of the sub so total calories for today is 889. I'ts barely over my limit but it was a good ass sub.

breakfast- Monster ultra 10

 

lunch- coffee, 1tbsp creamer 35

 

dinner- sugar free redbull 10

 

total: 55

 

I hope yesterdays damage is reversed :(

162.9 I haven't weighed this low since December. I was 174 at the beginning of February Im so happy omg.

i didnt really track calories but heres what i ate today

 

2/3 veggie burrito

2 bites of cake

2 slices pie

caramel machiatto 

 

I'm guessing around 1300? I wont weigh myself the next couple days because if i gain i know I will be discouraged and binge.

I haven't posted in a few days and i gained weight. I binged for a couple days it was bad and went back to 166. I know i'll lose weight this is just a small setback.

 

breakfast- celery kale juice 57

 

lunch- kombucha 94

 

dinner- blueberry tea with sugar 16

 

total: 167

161.9 My sister bought me sushi so i ate it :(

 

cals: 1200? 

 

I havent weighed less than 160 since june last year, Im so close to get into the 150's but something always stops me. liquid fasts are easier for me than restricting so i guess i'll do that.

Thanks! Im not very consistent but i do try to take a multivitamin. I'm just so desperate to lose weight I over look my health :/
