159.8 Yay! I've lost 14 lbs since my Highest weight.

 

coffee 81

miso soup 32

seaweed 100

grilled cheese 350

marble cake 300

chips 300

salsa 70

1/2 bag skinny pop 50

 

total: 1,283

 

Ok so I liquid fast for 2 days and always binge on the third. I need to start a real diet or something because I have been so miserable these past weeks. I saw someone doing the egg diet should I try that?

Its okay to binge don’t be embarrassed   I love following this thread it’s really motivating don’t stop

current weight : 124,8lbs 

Goal weight 1 : 119lbs 

goal weight 2 : 110lbs 

goal weight 3 : 105lbs

I havent posted in a while I am currently moving so its been stressful, I think I'm just going to return tracking on April 1st when everything in my life is settled down. 

 

163.4 I started March at 164 so i'm still counting this month as a win.

 

675 cals for today

I got into a discussion with my friend the other day about my eating disorder. She claimed that I chose to have an eating disorder and completely invalidated my feelings. I'm an emotional eater so I've been binging these past few days. I'm now 167, which is more than when i started this thread. I hope its just food weight or something. I guess i have nothing going for me, might as well try to lose weight right? I don't really know what i'm doing or what i'll do but i just want to go back to 164 before april starts.
