So, this is going to be my accountability for my slightly odd diet thats specific and sort of vague at the same time. Hopefully I can stay motivated to update this thread regularly.

I'll rate every day from 0/5 to 6/5 depending on how it went. 6/5s are reserved for when I have eaten exceptionally well AND exercised.

Things to know:
I weigh myself every morning and my scale has an error margin of ±1 kg so I always add one kg to the weight my scale shows to be on the safe side.
I'm vegetarian.
I don't count calories.
When I c/s I usually swallow every 2-4 bites. Otherwise it just makes my cravings worse... T_T


Diet rules:
1) When I'm home (which is almost always now) I will always have a glass of water, a glass of sugar free sweet beverage, a cup of milk tea with what ever swetener I feel like (usually artificial sweetener + a little bit of agave syrup) and some vegetables next to me. When ever I feel like drinking, chewing or tasting something I must take 3 sips of water, 2 sips of sugar free beverage, 1 sip of tea and 1 bite of vegetable.

2) In my pantry I have a package of every type of dried fruit/vegetable, nuts/seeds and rice cake type cake they sell in my local grocery store. Every day I must eat a little bit of all of them as a desperate attempt to compensate for the fact that I tend to be bad at varying my diet.

3) I must drink a protein milkshake every evening.

4) All food on top of rule 1, 2 and 3 must be in portions small enough to fit in a tea mug or on a side plate, unless it's a pain in the ass to make it that small.

I also have to wait atleast 30 min between meals to make sure that the reason I'm still hungry is because I'm ACTUALLY still hungry and not just because my brain hasn't caught up to the fact that I've eaten yet.

5) All rule 4 meals must be eaten because I crave that specific thing. If I just have a craving for food in general I must repeat rule 1 over and over until the craving either goes away or changes into a specific craving. Other than that I can eat whatever I like. There are no banned foods.

6) When I'm not at home I can eat whatever I like and whatever portion size I like.

I currently don't have any rules for exercise. I'm too exhausted from stress to keep any workout routine going.

Weight: Don't know bc no scale.

Meals:

-1 slice of toast with margarine, tomato and mineral salt.
-Nibbled on ca 1cm^2 of 90% cacao chocolate.
-1 mug of bean pasta with pesto.
-1 slice of toast with margarine, egg and mineral salt.
-Ca 1/2 mug of grapes
-1 slice of toast with margarine and brown cheese
-A marzipan praline chocolate bar that was 217kcal

Rule 1:

Vegetables: Tomato, cucumber and red bell pepper
Sugar free beverage: Mango flavoured vitamin drink and pepsi max lime.
Tea: Black ceylon with skimmed milk, 0 cal sweetener and agave syrup.

Minus points:

-Failed slightly on rule 1. I started feeling nauseous from the sugar free beverage and switched it out for more water and tea. Then I fealt nauseous of the water as well and switched that out for more tea. Once I felt better I started drinking according to the rule again.
-The marzipan bar for being junkfood.
-Half of my meals consisted of toast.
-No exercise.

Should probably add the time of day I eat each meal.

13:30 - 2 tea mugs nesquik with skimmed milk

16:00 - 1 can (220g) of string beans

18:30 - slice of toast with low sugar hazlenut spread.

19:30
1/2 tea mug of grapes and + 1/2 tea mug of Uncle Bens thai coconut curry, white beans, kidney beans and green lentils and this weird ass "rice" made of chickpeas, green peas and red lentils. I cen NEVER get it to have a decent texture! It always comes out mushy! I'm going back to regular rice for now...

(It was supposed to be just a whole tea mug of the stupid rice dish, but I lost my appetite half way through it, so I switched the rest out for grapes.)

Minus points

Over ate nesquik, because I had to do something very difficult and trauma triggering.

Didn't follow rule 1 past the nesquik because I mentally shut down after the thing and just drank and ate the vegetables however I felt like.

MEGA PLUS:
Normally I would react to things like what happened today by breaking down and comfort eat for the rest of the day, but this time I didn't! I just broke the rules a little bit. I still kept myself mostly under controll! Whoop whoop!

Minus points:
I was really exhausted from the situation yesterday so I let a lot of things, not just diet, slip today.

Didn't eat the nuts and dried fruit, which is bad because of how poor my variation of diet is without it.

Didnt keep track of the time I ate each meal.

Ate too little which, if I know myself right, will greatly increase the risk that I'll over eat tomorrow.

Plus points:
I still followed all the other rules, despite how tired I was.

Rule 6: I had a psychiatric appointment today so while I was there i took the oportunity to do some errands and go to a café.

1 semla (a swedish thing) with hot milk and a cup of black lemon tea with sugar and milk. Not sure about the fat % on the milk because it was at a café, but I think it was 1.5. I'm pretty sure that doesn't matter though since what ever calories were in the tea pales in comparison to the semla lol.

Minus points:
Didn't eat the nuts and dried fruit today either. I need to get my shit together.


Plus points:
Instead of sitting and waiting for the bus home, I took a little walk... Although I mainly did it to avoid a local creep who was out and about, harrasing people in town... But still!

I'm just gonna scrap the keeping track of the time of day I eat each meal. It was too annoying.

Plus points:
I wanted to stuff my face with bread SO BAD this morning, but I resisted it! I was super anxious today. I've had a very busy past 3 weeks plus the trauma triggering thing so I was already near exhaustion yesterday. But then the local creep decided to be out and about that day and would stare at me every time I walked past him and even followed me once for a short bit. I didn't feel too anxious from it yesterday, but today it hit me like a truck. I can't belive one person can ruin an entire town for me like that. Whenever I'm there, the fact that, at any moment, he could show up and start following me around is always at the back of my mind. I'm proud that I managed to follow the rules today!

Hi again! Sorry for disappearing. Some shit went down in my personal life, but I'm back gain now!
The previous two days intake has been very inconsistent so I can't really make a summary of it. I'll 'just give them scores. Yesterday was a 1/5, the day before yesterday was a 0/5.

I have some good news though! I finally bought a new scale! It's a shitty mechanical one 'cause it was the only one I could get withoute having to take a bus, but It'll do until I can buy a better one. :)

~1.5 tea muggs of pasta with pesto.

Rule 5: Failed. Ate a portion of pasta that was larger than 1 tea mug.

Rule 6: Didn't eat out.

Minus points:
Ate too much pasta.

Kept eating the chocolate ball dough until I fealt a little nauseous. That means I could have been satisfied with less. It's super high cal aswell so if there's anything I should make sure to stop eating the moment the cravings are gone, it's this!

Brain farted when I made the fruit and cottage cheese meal and didn't feel like trowing any away/remesure and save some for later. With other words, I was lazy!

Missed the protein milkshake.

Ate too much fruit and cottage cheese.

Ate more than usual.

Plus points:
Did a lot of cleaning which should have burned some of the extra calories.

I'm changing a rule a bit! I'm switching out the current tea mug, which is quite big (3.5 dl) to a smaller one (2 dl). I'm also adding a new rule: I have to wait at least 30 min between meals. I alredy did this, but I figured I should make it a rule so that I can't get lazy about it. I also think it's good to emphasise it now that I'm switching to a smaller tea mug because I WILL have a harder time to resist having several meals shortly after eachother... a.k.a. 1 big meal with extra steps.

I'll also specify how I c/s. I usually still swallow every 2-4 bites because otherwise it just makes my cravings worse. T_T

I bought more protein milkshakes but forgot to actually drink one. Ugh!

4 pieces of artichoke in oil.

2/3 tea mug of chocolate ball dough.

1 tiiiny red grapefruit. It's the size if a large clementine. So adorable!

C/s one tea mug of sourcream and onion chips. Swallowed 3 bites total.

Rule 6: Didn't eat out.

Minus points:
Missed the veggies most of the day because I didn't have any.

Didn't eat the dried fruit.

Forgot the protein milkshake.

Plus points:
Finally went to the store.

C/S the chips instead of eating all of it.
