There's no rules but..well...eating one time per day, fasting in between.
I say water fasting will work better but if you feel the need, then eat something with less than 50kcal, okay? Don't faint~
I won't count calories but feel free to do whatever you want. And don't worry if you fail, you can start again the next day!
You can start putting your SW and maybe your goals? And then update whenever and however you want, about your meals and..well.. anything tbh.

fasted for 18 hours
Eating window for 2h
I ate a total of 826 kcal
Maybe I will do some exercises later.

Edit: danced for 35ish minutes
Since my plan forward is to eat at 13/14ish and end my eating window at 18:00, so it becomes a habit to fast 20 hours a day.
This fasting is called Warriors Diet, but it’s a bit similar too OMAD.
But I won’t eat huge amounts of foods in those 4houre, only small ones and then a normal sized dinner.
I find warrior diet easier, cause my dad will keep his eye on me if I eat or not, so warrior diet will make it seem like I eat.

I ate some rice, black beans and 2 small vegan burgers (made with lentils!). Oh, and strawberry juice.
Feeling juust fine, no hunger!
I've been watching some old VS shows and seeing all those pretty and skinny models gave me motivation hehe (rosie is the loml).
I'll weigh myself every Sunday I think?

Fasting type: WARRIOR DIET (20:4)
Weight: didn’t weigh myself today.
I faster for 22 hours and I have eaten a total of 876
Here is what I have eaten:
- apple
- small banana
- vegan burger with no bread
- dessert
Update: I ate at 22:15 because if I hadn’t given into my hunger I would have snacked on bad stuff. But I will just start my fast from here and eat at 13 o’clock tomorrow as planned. Luckily a new start tomorrow.
Total of kcal: 1125 for today.

I ate homemade gnocchi and pierogi (tomato sauce with both). And a spoon of guava paste!
The cravings are reaaally bad, I don't really feel hungry but I feel like eating everything just because

I need control~~

My dad found out about this website and he is losing it
he’s gonna keep an eye on me to make sure I eat. Wow my lucky day. jeezzz....

Day 3
Well I was awake all night so I will allow 3 meals today, just to avoid binging.
So today I will count calories.
Breakfast 626kcal
(I guess I was hungry today

- lunch: oatmeal
152 kcal
Uffff
The total of today is 1351kcal. The reason is because of lack of sleep, so I will just exercise and burn 500kcal and just leave it there.
Update I did 60 minutes of dancing and burned 400 kcal

Lunch: gluten-free bread and cabbage w/ chocolate almond milk
=292
Dinner: meat and potatoes- 348kcal+ 52kcalwith vegetables.
(My family are going to have some gravy sauce but I will avoid it)
Total of today: 692kcal
Exercise: 60minutes of dancing

And I ended up eating too much today: milk tea, cookie, bread, biscuits... I hope I didn't eat enough to gain..

Iwill allow 3 meals today, since I am a bit hungry, but I will try to keep my calories low
Breakfast: gluten-free bread/ with chocolate milk 247
- ooof I later had 6 small chocolate peaces 41kcal per peace

Lunch- crackers with topping and jam.
- 111kcal
Dinner: pirk and rice 341kcal
SWEET potato

Total: 1097kcal

I could have lost more if I had eaten less-
Calories. Since I wasn’t used to eating 1 meal a day
I binged on day 3 with 1300ish calories
So I guess the more I get used to eating 2 meals a day
I will binge less, and actually it’s going really great

+135 ( I believe I have eaten more than I believe, but I guess 1200isnt bad either

Update 01:00 I counted wrong I ate 1455kcal

(I mean I used to eat 1800/2000kcal ion a Saturday night because I have a bad habit losing control over sweet stuff, but after doing this diet I feel I am in more control)
(I use to allow cheat days on Saturday, but in moderation:) )

We also had some chocolate and chips left ice so
226 kcal
Dinner chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries 387kcal
Dessert: 213kcal
Total: 1078kcal or 1306kcal
Update: I am a bit upset with myself and will do better tomorrow

(Weigh myself on Saturdays)
I am going to try to do a blend of modified abc diet and the original abc diet. 500-800kcal
Breakfast: cereal 210kcal
Oops i had planned to have a breakfast that was under 100kcal and I guess I counted wrong ooffff
Dinner: Schnitzel 238kcal+ extra +186kcal
Total: 500/ 632kcal. (I counted wrong the real calories are 748kcal) well it’s better than yesterday’s calories
I am some what happy with today’s results, so I won’t obsess over what I could have done or what I should’ve done. It is what it is and there is another 500kcal limit tomorrow. Hopefully that will be easier.

I feel pretty happy! It’s a long time ago I was able to restrict like this. I don’t feel that hungry anymore, I get mostly hungry during lunch time and during afternoons, but it’s something I can handle:)
