God it's been really difficult, my grandma is visiting and she won't stop asking me about what I'm eating and "it's been hours, I think I'll prepare you something" and I'm ugghh!

I found this 5 days diet to try and I'll have 3 meals (even though it's just tomatoes, soy milk, banana and eggs) so I think I can pretend I'm eating correctly.

After the diet I'll come back to maintain the weight (Sunday)!

I'll be here liking and following y'all's progress!! Really happy about people joining! ^^

Day 6
SW: 184lbs- 83,7kg
Weight 182lbs- 83.1kg
Lost 0,6grams in 6 days.

I could have lost more if I had eaten less-
Calories. Since I wasn’t used to eating 1 meal a day
I binged on day 3 with 1300ish calories
So I guess the more I get used to eating 2 meals a day
I will binge less, and actually it’s going really great :)

I will start to lower my calories to lose faster:
Calorie deficit: 600-800kcal

11:20
Lunch- oatmeal with 1/2 banana and raisins: 194

14:00
Lunch number 2 ( i guess I was a bit hungry)
Low kcal taco 193kcal with gummies 42kcal
Total- 483

16.30
Dinner- chicken nuggets (4) 140kcal and fries 70kcal
270kcal

Has some dessert
370kcal
+135 ( I believe I have eaten more than I believe, but I guess 1200isnt bad either
Total: 1105kcal or 1240kcal or around 1290kcal
Exercisedsncing burned around 250-300ish

Update 01:00 I counted wrong I ate 1455kcal :o I will do better next time I guess 1400 is better than my 1800kcal binges

(I mean I used to eat 1800/2000kcal ion a Saturday night because I have a bad habit losing control over sweet stuff, but after doing this diet I feel I am in more control)

(I use to allow cheat days on Saturday, but in moderation:) )

Day 1

100ml semi-skimmed milk, couple of hours before the meal, whoops

Beef (not very lean) 100g
Porridge ( buckwheat 60%, bacon bits 10%, carrot 30%) 100g
Stir fry (cabbage,carrot,onion,oil) 100g
Tea

My goal is to eat everyday.
Sometimes, when I restrict, eating freaks me out. I decide that I don’t need food at all in my life, which is, uhhh, not great

Don’t eat anything for days—>crash—>burn—>so sad

Day 2

About 30min before the meal
Banana 150g
Semi-skinned milk 50ml

Meal
White rice 200g
Sauteed veggies 200g
Pork made with white sauce(onions, cream) 100g
Failed to prevent eating too much with the premeal snack, now my stomach hurts :(

The measurements might be slightly off because of my wonky food scale

Day 10

600kcal limit

sweet potatoes, bread and chicken/ pork and salat

Oops: I ate around 900kcal, but I am pleased anyways, but I will eat 500again tomorrow.
I follow a diet where I eat random kcal a day while I do this diet as well :)

Day 3

Weighed myself today but disregard my sw cuz it’s actually unknown

Cw: 82.2kg

Semi-skinned milk 50ml
Ragu/bolognese sauce (meaty stuff you put on pasta?) 300g
A whooole bunch of cooked kale, forgot to weigh it

It’s the third day of me keeping notes here but 7th irl. I’ve been a little fatigued lately and almost fell asleep at work today. I may need to change things up, like eating earlier or something

After a lenghty discussion with myself, I have decided to pretend yesterday didn’t happen. There was only one meal but it included cake and other unmentionables

Pan fried liver 300g
Mashed potatoes 100g
Raw cabbage with vinagrette
Sweetened oatmeal with forest fruit

Okay~ I lost 1,2kg in 2 days of the diet but I realized that I just can't diet if I don't really like the food :(
So I think OMAD is the best choice tbh, I can just eat what I want.

Meal plan

Breakfast 200mm hot chocolate 42kcal each cup
And 1 sweet potato 78kcal

Lunch: just a boring plain salad

Dinner and dessert: 1 steak 230kcal with plain salad
1 brownie

600/ 1250ish

Day 15

I had 925/950kcal today!:)
Oops I believe I ate 1240kcal
I have upped my calories since I am on my period. But it’s one of the last days so I can start dieting again.

Yesterday I ate 1800:( but I think moving on and continue is the best thing I can do for now (also because I am on my period and I had cravings:( ) but not much today.

Today was easy so I have a ten around 684kcal

Update: got hungry so I ate 865/900kcal today!

Well, this month I had the worst pms in a while. I kinda ate too little and then ate too much. It wasn’t extreme, just ordinary. Lost a little weight and will continue. I hope you guys are all well :)
