Currently 68kg - or around there, I need a scale of my own. Might hide one at work.
Need to get to 48kg as fast as possible. Still dealing with this shit and I'm over it, for real this time.

I will be aiming to eat under 800cal per day. Max i will allow is 1200... But im hoping it's half that every day. Lol

I'm an alcoholic. But I'm recovering... I think at the moment my will to consume less calories is hindered by booze... I'm going to try and drink less.

Tooo. Many. Calories.

Anyway, i'll use this like a diary or something. Feel free to kick my ass and give me motivation.

My lowest weight I've reached is 42kg. I know I can do it again.

Notes:

Feeling mad shitty about myself today so this is where I'm at. I got high and ate too many snacks after dinner and I'm fucked from it. Weather too fucked to do any exercise.

I rolled my ankle so i cant exercise much at the moment... Which is probably why i feel so fucked this week. Can't even walk my neighbours dog today. That paired with shitty weather. The weekend is 100% where i usually fuck up and this was no different. Out of 1565 calories, 453 were food.

thank you! i m surprised honestly, though drinking is whats KILLING ME 
its the first time ive taken it seriously trying to cut down alcohol which is the only reason i gained weight from my LW anyway :| so i expected the first week to be hard

Average bike work out today. Simple but getting me moving. Leg strength improving...
Goal for the week is to eat 100 calories less than every day before. Hopefully the scales reflect this. Tomorrows goal is 874 calories or less.
