Ok my phone BROKE broke
So I don’t have updates for like a week

But picking back up
Day 21: March 22nd - 980 calories

Day 22: March 22nd

Breakfast:
Long black (4 calories)

Lunch:
Like 6 cashews LOL (64 calories)

Dinner:
Soup and bread (478 calories)

Snacks:
0 calories

Total consumed: 546 calories
Total work out: 202 calories

TOTAL: 344 CALORIES.

Vegie sausages and pasta salad (650 calories)

Total consumed: 1200 calories
Total work out: 102 calories

TOTAL: 1098 CALORIES.

Notes:

Need to weigh myself again!
This was yesterday and I really really wanted to go forward a run this morning but my injury is playing up. I’ll rest today and run tonight for sure.
