The restrictive part of my ED has been on and off for almost 3 years, and I have never been underweight. Right now, I need to lose 17 lbs (7.7 kg) in order to be classified as underweight. I would appreciate if anyone (18+) wants to join me!

 

stats

height: 5'6.5 (169 cm)

starting weight: 131.7 lbs (59.7 kg)

starting BMI: 20.9

goal weight: 114.7 lbs (52kg)

goal BMI: 18.2

 

plan

  • my TDEE is about 1,700 cals a day. I will start high restricting at a limit of 1,200 - 1,150 cals. after my exam period is over, i will decrease my cal limit by 50 a week.
  • weigh-in every 2-3 days.
  • 85 oz (~2.5 L) of water a day.
  • no "punishments" if i have a fail/binge day. just continue like normal.
  • i have no strict exercise regime. i just want to do something every day, even if it's just following a stretching video.
