so this day I'm closing with huge fatass mcdonalds binge (I blame clementine mono and low cal intake) so tomorrow it's obviously gonna be a gain lmao
but also gonna take some lax before sleep

 

 

at least monthly binge done and now going on clear~! haha good start of thread

weight: 75,6kg  /  166,6lbs

 

which means 0.4kg gain, but I think that was pretty obvious even if I've taken lax (and I regret doing so for 2 days straight since now I'm dying from stomach ache and cramps)

but pain made me eat almost nothing today so there's always a good side))
 

today I had
sugar free chupa chups lolly (23 kcal)

chocolate ice cream (173 kcal)

90g banana (80 kcal)

 monster ultra fiesta (10 kcal)
total: 286 kcal

lost 0.2kg, kinda happy, actually nothing to talk about, went for a little shopping today and got some safe foods)))

 

today I had:

130g banana (116 kcal)

2 cherry vitamin gums (46 kcal e/a)

120g air fryer french fries (193 kcal)

62,5g oven baked chips (276 kcal)

monster ultra fiesta (10 kcal)

total: 687 kcal

guess I'm stuck after lax adventure haha and also forgot to update yesterday so here I am, yesterday I had really intensive day and made over 10k steps so I allowed myself to calculate calories burned and eat a little more)

 

so I had:

2 cherry vitamin gums (46 kcal e/a)

half monster ultra fiesta (5 kcal)

McDonald's ice cream (286 kcal)

wholegrain chips (337 kcal)

fruit juice for kids (112 kcal)

150g french fries from air fryer (186 kcal)

burned 570 kcal

total: 1018 - 570 = 448

maintained once again and it makes me kinda mad, but I also haven't poo since my lax adventure so it may be just food weight aswell

I decided to give a try to 2468 from tomorrow (since I already ate today) till end of march or maybe longer, depends on results) 

 

today I had:

wholegrain chips (339 kcal)

monster ultra (11 kcal)

total: 350 kcal
