Hey guys, I'm back and ready to try again. It's been months since my last accountability but I really benefit from the honesty.

Meal Plan

Breakfast (7:30am) 180 cals (apples&pb/fruit bowl)
Snack (10:15am) 100 cals (almonds)
Lunch (12:00pm) 200
Snack (3:30pm) 150 cals (vegetables/sweet potato)
