Remember when I said I was gonna fast? That never happened. I did shit my fucking brains out and although it felt revealing, my stomach feels messed up. I voluntarily ate sandwich my mom made me and a piece of candy rope which I regret. I had about 600 calories in total and burned about 187 calories on my bike that broke and left me without a good mode to exercise. Going to work out with my father is like being walked like a dog and running outside makes me feel like a lardy piece of shit so I want to fast until the bike gets up and running but until then, I’m gonna count my calories from today and hopefully fast the rest of the few. Today I had 600 calories and I worked out on my bike for a mere 20 which makes my total 413 calories. God really wants me to suffer huh.

Today was a shittier day ngl. I found out my GPA dropped, which was my only chance for any type of scholarship and my anxiety about going to college is getting worse. I had 660 calories from a breakfast sandwich my mom forced me to eat in the morning. In the afternoon, I had some soup, which was about 385 calories. All together, I had about 1045 calories which is 200 calories over my limit. It is a good change of pace but it made feel gross seeing how much food I could eat. I wish my life could just remedy itself and I could start from bare bones but obviously that will never happen. Just gotta build from the tired and weary frame once again.

Today was kind of a good day, considering I didn’t have a full mea until about 1 o’clock. I had an exam today which took up most of my time to eat and I only had about 190 calories in the morning from a third of a ham and cheese hoagie my mom forced me to eat. I then had some watermelon (70) around 3 o clock and then went to take a nap before I finished my hw. Then I had some tacos and beans (663 cal) and I finished my meal with a 50 calorie cookie. I worked out today for about 40 minutes working on my inner legs, hips and core which felt good. I only burned about 243 calories but it felt good to exercise after my bike broke down. I again ate over my limit by 27 calories but I did take a heavy exam so I will forgive myself. Not to mention I lost almost 2 inches off my thighs 😩🖐. I think I’m gonna fast tmmrw since I have nothing to do and class is going to be a breeze. Let’s hope I keep up with my promise.

Today was a better day in terms of my diet. I had two plain tortillas in the morning (120 cal) and two pieces of sausage (80) and when the afternoon came, I had some mole and rice. Ironically, mole is lower calories compared to some other Latino dishes and a good amount of food, it’s about 429 calories a bowl. Afterwards, I was forced to eat a popis le with my brother and I went to work out ASAP. I was doing squats with some resistance bands I bought and tried some exercises on my shoulder and some hip raises. I burned out 160 calories atm which makes my grand total 540. I will try to work out some more and I’ll update y’all if I burn anymore calories. But so far, it’s better day than yesterday which made me feel like shit.

These past two days I thought I posted on myproana but I guess not. Great thing I write down my calories for the day in a journal. The 26th, I had about 743 calories and the 27th, I had 677 calories. Today, I had 834 so far. I’m gonna work out rn so hopefully, I can burn 200 calories rn. Update: 540 is the grand total

Today was kinda of a miss day. I had 846 calories in total and my homework has just been killing me. Oh yeah and prom/graduation is coming up so my fat ass has to work hard to get skinny. I wish I had more time to lose weight 😭. P.S got really lazy to list everything. Tmmrw I will create a new post system where I edit the post and list everything I eat.

I binged yesterday and I’m gonna fast today to kind of equal it out. I had a relatively normal amount of calories, around 1500 but I feel really shitty.

Last two day have been pretty okay. Yesterday, I had 1200 calories and today I had 1200 cal. I can’t wait to get back on my bicycle to help me work out all the calories I’ve had. I will say this that I’ve been pretty healthy and snacks are an afterthought.

I had 850 calories today. Was at a party where my food intake was not being counted so I legit skipped on whatever I could. Good day overall.

Lol it’s been a white since I’ve posted but I can tell you my calories have been pretty consistent, about 1000 to 1200 calories a day. I also just got a job at Starbucks so it burns a lot of calories with all the moving around and stirring drinks and what not. I’m updating this thread to say my ed is probably gonna worsen this week bc I just realized my father sees me as a second class person bc I’m a woman 😍😍😍😍😍
