So I'm going to do an egg mono for 3 days and Keto\no carb for the rest of the next week because I've been plateauing at 55kgs .
I hope I become 52kgs by the end of next week.. or is that too much to ask...👉🏽👈🏽 I don't have big ugw goals.atleast for now it is bmi of 17
limit daily calories to 1000. 5-7 eggs per day without oil for the first two days and maybe cheese egg double mono for the last day(Sunday).
I will allow myself some black coffee and green tea ...but no soda. I've been on liquid diet for past 2 weeks and I've managed to lose 3kgs\6lbs
and im doing the egg mono because I'vebeen having so much binge urges .
