So I'm going to do an egg mono for 3 days and Keto\no carb for the rest of the next week because I've been plateauing at 55kgs . 

Stats: 172cm\5'8

sw:55.6kg\122lbs

bmi:18.6

I hope I become 52kgs by the end of next week.. or is that too much to ask...👉🏽👈🏽 I don't have big ugw goals.atleast for now it is bmi of 17

RULES:

limit daily calories to 1000. 5-7 eggs per day without oil for the first two days and maybe cheese egg double mono for the last day(Sunday).

I will allow myself some black coffee and green tea ...but no soda. I've been on liquid diet for past 2 weeks and I've managed to lose 3kgs\6lbs

​and im doing the egg mono because I'vebeen having so much binge urges .

DAY 1 :

​skipped breakfast (I usually do) . Had 3 eggs for lunch and 3 for dinner and one in the evening. 

total cal: 500 (Seasoned my eggswith some salt and hot sauce but didn't use any oil\butter)

sw:55.7

drank some black coffee and lemon water but I felt so sick and hungry the whole time

will update my weight tomorrow

so ..ive been thinking about doing an ice cream mono next week for two days. or maybe an apple mono or coffee mono. Comment on what you want me to try! I'm here to help y'all with the experimenting

RESULTS

okay ..bummer..​I only lost 0.2kgs . its probably because of salt retention and I didn't sleep well. 

so im restricting to 500 calories today and gonna do an ice cream mono tomorrow :P

DAY 2 - ICECREAM MONO

had around 1.5L of chocolate, caramel, coffee , coconut icecream with bits, fudge, caramel and some chocolate . I'm pretty sure ill gain and I'm super scaredddd

RESULTS 

S​o I gained o.1kgs .... so my CW:55.2 from 55.1 (its probably because I cheated so much...literally had yoghurt,caramel,fudge ) but ill definitely try

it again.

DAY 3

lunch: coffee and 2 glasses of chocolate milk

evening: another coffee and mango greek yoghurt 

dinner : 3 strawberries 

total: 500cal

This is my plan for the week.....for the next few days, I will be restricting myself to 500 cal/day.

but if y'all want me to try any mono/diet comment and lmk

okay sorry for updating so late... I went on a vacation and I gained 2lbs .. so doing icecream mono today

sw:56 .Ate 2000 calories of icecream with chunks and cookies and chocolate in it .

Hello, a fellow keto-fan here. Maybe stick with more keto friendly things for your monos to get more out of it? Cheese/ eggs/ peanutbutter/ etc. 😊
