This is a diet my aunt sent me 5 years ago. I had lost 22lbs in a month and my mom lost something like 28lbs if I recall. Feel free to join me
This will be my accountability thread but the first two posts will just be me explaining the diet (well, copying and pasting what my aunt sent me lol)

The Diet


Weight yourself at the beginning of this diet regimen and again after 4 weeks. It is expected that you will lose up to 20 kg in this period. This diet regimen depends on the biochemical reaction inside your body and is independent of the amount of calories included in your daily meals.



Before You Start, Please Read These General Instructions Carefully,




When the quantity of food item is not specified, you can eat as much as you want until satiety. 

You have to follow the diet program exactly as it is, and without any single change or personal modification.

Don’t stop this diet regimen at any single point. If you have to stop for any reason, you have to start from its beginning.

You should use a normal scale to follow your progress in weight reduction on daily basis. Scaling must be done in at the same time daily, with just light clothes. After evacuating your bowels in the morning.

If you feel any hunger pain, eat unlimited amount of either cucumbers, tomatoes or carrots (only one of them). Provided that at least 2 hours were elapsed since the last meal.

You have to drink ample amount of water.

Boiled vegetables means boil them in water without addition of any fat or oil.

Tea or coffee is allowed freely. Provided that they are free of sugar or milk. (You can add artificial sweeteners. But avoid fruit sugar )

If you have to, you can drink only half DIET soda drink per day.

Try not to drink water for at least half hour after any meal.

If you like to repeat this diet once more, repeat the first week twice followed by the fourth week twice.

Week 1:

 

 

Day 1

Breakfast:  ½ orange or ½ grapefruit and 1 or 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch: One type of fruit only. (avoid dates, grapes, mango or banana)

DInner: Grilled meat without fat. (avoid lamb meat)

 

Day 2

Breakfast:  ½ orange or ½ grapefruit and 1 or 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch: Chicken (boiled or grilled, remove skin), Tomatoes, 1 orange or 1 grapefruit

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 1 brown toast, 1 orange or 1 grapefruit, green salad

 

Day 3

Breakfast: ½ orange or ½ grapefruit and 1 or 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch: Cottage cheese, 1 brown toast, tomatoes

Dinner: Grilled meat without fat

 

Day 4

Breakfast:  ½ orange or ½ grapefruit and 1 or 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch: One type of fruit only (avoid dates, grapes, mango or banana)

Dinner: Grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb meat) and Green salad

 

Day 5

Breakfast:  ½ orange or ½ grapefruit and 1 or 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, boiled vegetables

Dinner: Fish (boiled or grilled), green salad, 1 orange or 1 grapefruit

 

Day 6

Breakfast:  ½ orange or ½ grapefruit and 1 or 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch: One type of fruit only (avoid dates, grapes, mango or banana)

Dinner: Grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb meat) and Green salad

 

 

Day 7

Breakfast:  ½ orange or ½ grapefruit and 1 or 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch: Chicken (boiled or grilled, remove skin), Tomatoes, Boiled vegetables, 1 orange or 1 grapefruit

Dinner: Boiled vegetables
