March 6th - 800

 

Lunch: Miso Soup, flat white, crispy seaweed - 218

 

Dinner: Big salad + wine with boyfriend - 541

 

Snacks: Spicy kelp, vegetable boullion - 66

 

Total: 825.

March 7th - 400

 

Lunch: Miso soup (Inc tofu, seaweed and spring onion), half a can of spinach - 98

 

Dinner: Big bowl of raw veg with soy sauce tofu, hot sauce, lime juice, vinegar and seasonings - 219 prepped but not eaten yet

 

Snacks: Rocket lolly (ice pop), 1L flavoured water, vegetable boullion - 70 not eaten yet 

 

Total 387

March 8th - 200

Dinner: veg and tofu stir-fry with konjack noodles - 198

Fucked up and had two 11cal sport drinks. That makes my total 220.

Breakfast: 

Sandwich thin (100) 

Silken tofu 100g (50)

Miso soup (25)

 

Lunch:

Oat milk flat white (102)

 

Snack: 

Spicy sansi (59)

Moster Hydrosport (11) 

 

Dinner:

Spinach and lentil dhal with veg (219) (Not eaten yet)

 

Total: 596

Sandwich thin with silken tofu and salt (125)
Miso soup with silken tofu (50)

Snack: mo health birthday cake fibre bar (87)

Dinner: konjack noodles with tomato, garlic, and basil sauce and lentils (184)

Total: 396

Breakfast:

 

Dragon fruit: 132

Sandwich thing with tofu and tomato -132

 

Lunch: 

 

Scrambled tofu with vegan bacon and asparagus (153)

 

Dinner:

 

Two vegan sausages with veg (258)

 

Snacks: 

 

Spicy kelp (54)

Fibre bar (87)

Plum (25)

Iceburg lettuce (11) 

Beer (148)

 

Total: 1000 

 

Fucked up today as I haven't restricted in a long time and did more exercise than usual.

Had a binge already today but purged most of it. Going to continue with chewing and spitting. Won't eat anything for the rest of the day because of residual calories. 

 

Feeling gross and disgusting and hate myself. Gonna get back on track tomorrow. I don't get scales until tomorrow so at least I'll know what a fat pig I am by then.
